Apartment vacation rentals in Tanabe

Google map took me to walk past by couple prostitution houses around the corner to get to this place. No big deal If you’re brave. At night the place is quiet and away from crowds but there’s many hidden gem restaurants around the place. Everywhere is walking distance about 20 mins. Great industrial feel apartments. Highly recommend for solo travelers or anyone wanting to explore wakayama.

It’s the second time I stay at Rico. Awesome as usual. Good bread and cafes around, with some old school restaurants for lunch and dinner. Good to stopover at this city!

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. Although I didn't use it this time, the café on the first floor looked stylish and nice. I would like to stay here again when I come to Wakayama.

We had a relaxing time in a private space. The room is clean, spacious, tidy and a great environment.It was also in a location where you can go around sightseeing spots smoothly on foot and by car. I definitely want to stay again when I visit Wakayama.

Hosts are super nice and friendly. Even they can’t speak fluent English, they tried their best to talk to us. I enjoyed the conversation.There are no cooking tools but they are nice let us borrowed those in common room during our stay. It is only a year newly built so everything is clean. The sound proof of the windows are surprisingly good. I can’t hear the cars much. It was just when the big trucks passed by, there are some vibrations of the windows make some sounds. We rented their bikes. The gears are good for going up and down hill but the seat pads are a bit hard. Still, the six hours ride was very nice :)

The advance guidance was polite and there was no trouble checking in. It is helpful to be close to the parking lot to the room.It was also helpful to have restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The interior is impeccable.The amenities were also provided in a clean condition (I am happy with the personal packaging of paper cups). The bedding was also comfortable and I slept well. It was a time when I was worried about drying, so it was helpful to have a humidifier. I am very satisfied.Thank you very much.

The google map was very inaccurate, guided us to the mountains, wasted a lot of time, and the room was on a relatively high floor, but it was possible to go around from the back to avoid the hard work of mopping the boxes up the stairs.Other than that, the room is very good and clean, the necessary equipment is also very well equipped, the host is also very nice, we have tea, coffee and spare quilts for us, 5 minutes walk from Birahama, very convenient, it is also very convenient to go and sit in the bright bus

It was very close to the sea, and there were convenience stores, restaurants, hot springs, etc. within walking distance.I personally enjoyed the board game shop (the quinos tree).

Super clean room with cooking supplies, well managed, but the parking lot can stay, it would be better to have some clearly labeled, communication response as soon as possible.

The accommodation is very big and comfortable, recommend!! There is no elevator for the 3rd floor, but it’s just a minor problem. Also there is a parking area which is very convenient for driving!!

The place was really nice. Practically the entire place felt newly renovated (except for the shower, but it was in good state nonetheless). We only stayed for one night, but enjoyed the stay. The beds were comfortable, and in a separated room. The bathroom was well stocked, as well as the kitchenette, which made our cooking efforts easy. The only thing we can't comment on is how easy it is to access without a car, since we had a rental car during our stay. That being said, we were super happy considering how close it is to the main beach (5 minute drive by car) and the fact the place has a parking spot included (no need to waste time on street parking). Would definitely recommend others to stay there if you are looking for spacious clean spot for a day or few.

I honestly loved staying here. Although the property felt a little old, it was very clean and comfortable. The apartment was very spacious. The internet was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was quite large with a decent sized refrigerator. There's a vending machine outside with both hot and cold beverages. The apartment is located in a small locality just outside of town, and located a short drive from both Nachi Shrine and Nachi Falls. The host was very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. I had an extremely comfortable stay, and I look forward to staying here again!

Stayed here to explore the surrounding nature. location was very close to most of the restaurants, which made it very easy to grab dinner at the end of a long day and be 5 mins away from home. provided blankets and beds were very comfortable and felt warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again!
