I was going to blow up this home and from the beginning it was booked, the host began to ask me about my stop time to schedule a pick up.Even early check in was fine, we also prepared the hot spring eggs for us.There was no one staying in the other room, and the host's wife volunteered to use the open-air bath hot spring that we had in another listing, but unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy it.Because it was raining the day we arrived, it was inconvenient with our kids and wanted to find a laundry room to do laundry.The host and the host were extremely welcoming and friendly, rattled to help us plan the route, help us to schedule good restaurants, and even picked us up to the laundry room and sent us to the toretore market!Though just taking advantage of the gap in the laundry time, it was already moved, and the host mr. even waited for us at the market door to send us back to get our clothes!!When we came out of the market, he also went to the market to buy two cute little gifts for our two kids!On the way to the homestay after taking the clothes back to the B&B, the host took us to a thousand folds. When the sunset fell, it was a rainy day, but I really don't know how to thank this host, the view is more beautiful.The host's wife can basically communicate smoothly in English, although the host is not very English, but he is also very hard to serve us, learned that we are going to the world of adventure the next day, and when we check out, we will take us to the world of adventure.Still embarrassed to explain it to us today because he's busy at work, so can only let us take our luggage up to the adventurous world and take our own rides to the station after the fun.How could there be such a fairy host!But he thought about it, as if it was more convenient to store luggage at the station, so he took us to the station first, helped me find a big closet before and stuffed my suitcase.It turned out our suitcases were too big and he helped us find the artificial counter and spent less money!It was simply great.Although it is only one night in Shirahama, this homestay is the most moving night of my entire trip.This small homestay is worthy of all the lovely people who come to Shirahama. This home is close to Shiran Beach, but it's up and down the hill, and it's still a little hard.It's okay to go for a slow walk on more days.The location of the B&B is quite magical, behind a gas station at a fork road, but it is quiet at night, and it is actually a big supermarket for a minute on foot, which is quite convenient.The yard is too comfortable if it doesn't rain, it's beautiful, and doesn't feel like a mosquito.The host also has an entire kitchen, the interior is also very clean and complete, the overall feeling is very comfortable, and I will stay here again next time!I want to be a friend with the host ~ Appreciate his care!

Doratei is an idyllic, newly refurbished Japanese house set in the rural Wakayama prefecture. The house is exactly as described in the photos; beautifully detailed, with tatami in the bedrooms and living room, and wooden floors in the western style kitchen. The house is really well equipped with modern appliances, bathroom, toilet and washing machine and has everything you need to enjoy a stay in this beautiful part of the country. Lee is an amazing host, super friendly, and responsive. He was very helpful in sharing his insights of local hikes, and recommending restaurants and even provided us with some rice from his fields, which was delicious! I would highly recommend Doratei, and would love to stay again.

Although the language is not available, I felt the enthusiasm of the host. I was going to take a taxi to the house, but I saw Mr. Taihong guard at the door after getting out of the station.A very detailed introduction was also given to us once we arrived at the house.The house is as described, in a quiet residential area where you can see the stars at night. However, there are no restaurants and supermarkets around, it is recommended to eat near Shirahama Onsen or buy something and go home and do it yourself. Anyway, it was a very good experience.
