Fantastic location. Booked last minute (hours before new years eve) , and Herminia was incredible in ensuring everything was sorted for us. The terrace is MASSIVE. And has everything you need to entertain family. The inside is well kept and comfortable. It wasn’t an issue for me, but there are a lot of stairs to get up to the unit. So do take into consideration if you have troubles with stairs. There is an elevator, and it would of been nice to use it the entire stay, but it was kept on the second floor, which we had no access to - so was unable to move the elevator from it. Which was a bit of a trouble for my Uncle as he uses a cane, and we had to help him down all the stairs. All in all, amazing location and beautiful spot. Wont find much like this in Playa Miramar! The apartment is beautiful, very luxurious and very well equipped, all the functional amenities, the pool of the apartment very father, the terrace of the barbecue with a very beautiful and relaxing view; the beach was dirty due to the recent passage of a tropical storm but everything else was very good.

Everything is excellent, the house is very good along with its rooms. All that's left is to improve the air conditioning in all the rooms and the Internet, since the connection goes out a lot. Likewise, at check-out time, the host was not punctual, as he arrived 30 minutes after we informed him of the check-out.

The house is in good condition, the co-host is very friendly and always attentive to the situation. clean house and amenities in good condition. I highly recommend it, you feel right at home.
