House vacation rentals in Tambor Beach

It's an amazing place, everything was as indicated, it's a very complete and very well-equipped place, there were more appliances than I thought there would be, the whole house was air-conditioned and very very clean and in the kitchen area there were very large fans that made it so the heat wasn't felt, that part of the kitchen was open and next to the pool, which made our stay to enjoy as a family more united, since we could all be together, the beach is very close by walking, everything is very safe and very clean... We will definitely go back to this place many times, my family and I were delighted with the beautiful place and the attention of Mr. Dustin and Mrs. Norma..... We definitely spent an incredible vacation in this place, for us it was more than we expected and we have no complaints... Totally recommended

Excellent accommodation, as shown in the photos, it is very safe and clean. It is located near restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, etc. Communication with Jeffe was very effective. I recommend it, and would definitely come back.

The apartments are just as shown in the photos, the place is quiet, when the doors are closed you can't hear the noise from outside. Carlos and Sharon answer all questions and concerns pretty quickly. The only inconvenience was that with the address given by Google Maps, it made us enter a residential area next door. It was also difficult for us to enter the rooms, but it was quickly resolved. They had already warned us in the message. Yes, it should be improved that the back doors do not close, it is a place that looks quite safe but it would be better to fix them, we also found it strange that there were like two rooms upstairs and both were locked, we thought we were going to be able to sleep each in a bed and it was not so.

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is very nice, clean and has everything, it makes things a lot easier! Good location and Chris's service was very good.

Great place with an amazing pool, beach and ocean view

Our trip back to Tambor was the best yet! We had a wonderful time in the backyard oasis as well as having adventures in and around Tambor. The villa had all the comforts of home which made cooking dinners at the house convenient if we didn't want to go out. The grocery store in Los Delfines was a short walk away and had plenty to choose from and was restocked often. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts!

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

Nice clean place up the hill from playa hermosa and Santa Teresa. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a little beach/surf community vibe. It wasn’t quite for me, but I can def see the appeal of the area. Check in was easy and Lucy is super sweet and friendly. Would def stay if ever in the area again. Make sure and have a 4x4 with clearance. The road is bumpy with a steep hill at the end. Not too bad with the right vehicle though.

Close to fishing village. Nice pool. Excellent private sheltered parking space. Good price.

We had a wonderful time staying at Xanadu 5 in Los Delfines. The house was incredibly spacious and we had every comfort of a home and more. We spent many days enjoying the private outdoor pool and yard that backed onto the golf course while watching the beautiful birds and animals. Playing golf was quite an experience being amongst the macaws, iguanas, monkeys, deer, sheep and other wildlife. So much fun. The house is walking distance to the beach (beautiful, calm water and quiet). Having the little market store so close by (4 minute walk) was also very convenient. The Saturday farmer’s market near the pier was great and we also bought freshly caught fish from the fishermen. Andrew (owner/host) and Roy (property manager) were so accommodating and responsive with great communication which really enhanced our stay. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a beautiful, fun and relaxing holiday experience in Costa Rica. We hope to be back!

Sabine and Nico were very kind and cordial hosts, answering any questions and responding to any needs asap. The pool was a very nice addition after coming in from the beach just across the street. Outside grill by pool was a nice touch. Directions using Wave or Google Maps was easy enough to find. The area is very quiet, calm and not at all touristy which is what we were after! Would recommend and stay again.

We loved the house. It has many rooms with toilets to accommodate all you family and friends. Huge kitchen and living room. The pool area was fantastic. Chad communicated pretty well, he will make sure all your questions are resolved. As a respectful feedback, the only improvement we be done is to optimize some of the front yard to allow perhaps one more car to park inside the property. We were able to part outside and no complaints with it. Definitely would go again! Totally recommend it.

Our group of 12 stayed at Havana Villa for our graduation trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The layout is fantastic—spacious, well-designed rooms with air conditioning surrounding beautiful open-air common areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The cleaning staff was truly incredible, taking care of us every day and keeping the space spotless and manageable. Huge shoutout to Evi (the host) and Michele (the local manager) for being super responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close enough to Santa Teresa’s beaches, restaurants, and shops to enjoy the action, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The villa comfortably housed all of us, and we could easily see it accommodating up to 18 people. We even had space to bring in a yoga instructor for a private session one morning! Highly recommend Havana Villa for any group looking for the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, luxury.

Would absolutely recommend this place. Great location in Malpaís, not far from the center of Santa Teresa, very quiet and relaxed. Great terrace in the shade, the apartment is equipped with everything you could bring. Santi was always very helpful. Pros for proximity to Playa Sueco

Amazing trip; nice oasis away from the busy street with breathtaking views and privacy! The house was well stocked with everything you might need (extra towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, appliances) and they did a light clean during our stay. Virginia and Will were amazing— great recommendations, helpful with reservations (car service, restaurants/shuttle and atvs), responsive and friendly — they went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable! Location is high up a hill, so an atv is a must, but the proximity to some of the best restaurants and town once you get down the hill couldn’t be better. This house was a recommendation from a friend and I’ll be sure to pass it along to others and return again soon! Sad to leave!

Had a great time in Santa Teresa the home was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning in the rooms were amazing and I really enjoyed spending time outside by the pool. Truly beautiful surroundings thanks again.

Carly's place is cool, spacious and comfortable. Priscila was incredibly welcoming and helpful and took so much time to help us get situated and comfortable. She helped me figure out a much better option for getting back so San Jose. The place is super close to the main drag in Santa Teresa and a short walk to the beach.

Incredible experience from start to finish. The place exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Every detail was very well cared for; Sofía, Álvaro and Roxana, were always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place to go back to without thinking about it.

Exactly as pictured, location is good, 5 minute walk to the beach, 10-20min walk to some good restaurants, the host gave us some good recommendations for food and things to do. House was very clean the crew comes everyday to freshen up

Gorgeous jungle cottage in Montezuma. Very cozy, the location is great, close to everything. But on the other hand, the kitchen material was a bit old and the water pressure in the faucet made it hard to wash dishes sometimes.
