Extremely well equipped house, we felt right at home. The swimming pool in the privare garden was a hit with the kids, and it was cleaned every morning. The house included games as well, we didn't even have enough time to try out everything. The location is superb, with a beautiful beach in walking distance, a beachfront restaurant and a small grocery store, which allowed as to not having to leave the resort. My favourite was the surrounding wildlife; scarlet macaws flying over the house, meeting deers and monkeys along the way to the beach, lizards and hermit crabs. We definitely recommend Christy's place and would come to stay again.

Thank you so much Jessica. We absolutely loved your beach house and can’t think of a thing that would have improve our experience. The accomodation far exceeded our expectations. I greatly appreciated your knowledge of the area and willingness to help us with many things. Thank you for booking our horse back ride too. We were so sad to leave but grateful for the time we had and will remember the beach, tranquility and beautiful sunsets for many years to come.

This property is absolutely stunning, inside and out. It’s impeccably clean, safe, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the bed is incredibly comfortable for a restful night’s sleep. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to fantastic restaurants, the beach, a well-stocked grocery store, and an excellent yoga studio. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it a truly convenient and enjoyable stay. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the extra mood lighting, plenty of hangers, and ample storage space for clothes. The cleaning lady is lovely—kind, professional, and always respectful of your privacy. This property is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, but if you’re traveling with family or friends, you could rent the two lower-bedroom units and enjoy a full vacation retreat together. Highly recommended!

Lovely home attached to a hotel. Full kitchen but you can also walk next door to the restaurant for breakfast and brunch. Across the street for a waterfall and the tide pools at low tide are amazing. Very responsive staff.

This tropical setting was beautiful, and the property’s layout ensures privacy. On-site staff was very helpful and accommodating. The layout of the home with two separate sleeping/personal area and the adjoining open air kitchen is ingenious. We loved sitting on the open-air porch and soaking in the jungle and ocean view. The simple walk to Cocalito Falls was worth the short time that it took. Put this on your bucket list.

Excellent place in an an unbeatable location. Walking distance to the beach and everything in North Santa Teresa. The layout is great and very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Roy is fantastic and very responsive with any needs you might have. The pool and covered porch with fans are perfect to cool off and hang out. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

I loved my stay here. I had the perfect little papaya room. It had everything I needed and the outside seating area was wonderful. The hosts and housekeeper were so lovely I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It made my trip so special and it is truly in the heart of everything yet somehow quiet and peaceful.

10/10 recommend! We stayed in Villa #1, closest to the beach, and WOW. The description was exactly what we experienced in person and everything was breathtaking. Glori, you made our stay even more "at home" with your persistent communication and genuine kindness, that you've set the bar HIGH for what a host should be like. We lucked out and had the entire footprint to ourselves, as the other 2 homes were not booked. This left the beach and common areas totally private and serene. The beach and streets are walkable in either direction, with a nice grocery store right across the street about 2 minutes away that has everything you would need. Restraunts and shopping were just around the corners as well, although during off season not everything was opened (as expected). I am already looking forward to returning, thank you AGAIN, for the wonderful stay.

It was our first time in the area and since before booking it, Lorna was very attentive explaining and recommending places to visit. Adonis welcomes you on site, and he was always super attentive, friendly and willing to help you with everything, from where to eat to how to get to the beaches and show you around the place. By the way, it is divine in the middle of many trees, the sound of birds and a visit from the howler monkeys. The apartment is super well equipped, clean, white and beautiful natural light. The village has a beautiful vibe, the beach has a lot of stones but that's its charm. The icing on the cake are Luna and Toby who accompany you on walks and in the pool between a very light shade to relax in the afternoon. We will definitely be back🫶🏼.

This home is a must to stay at, Its beautiful. We enjoyed the beach it is walkable, you’re in great location in town so you get to enjoy the local restaurants. The host Rocio was exceptional, she recommended a wonderful ATV tour to the waterfalls, so amazing. We even forgot something upon check out and it was mailed.

Jenny and Marco were the best host! They responded quick, helped me whenever I needed assistance. Their home is beautiful and cozy, 2 min walking distance from the beach. Amazing restaurants to the left and right, my favorite was kooks bar. The monkeys were not an issue at all and finally as a solo female traveler this location made me feel safe and secure !

The place is really great and very remote, which of course is great for the peace it gives but getting there is a bit difficult. We didn’t had a 4x4 but I would recommend it. But the place is so nice surround by nature and wildlife. We had monkeys, birds and iguanas visiting. The kids loved it. The pool is absolute gorgeous and we used it constantly. Thanks for the nice stay.

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

The view, the view, the view. This place is the last one on the top of the hill. The view from the deck was stunning. We watched the sunset with the parrots each night (the parrots also visited at sunrise). The pool was great and our daughter didn’t want to get out. The property felt quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road in Santa Teresa.

Beautiful location and property. View is fantastic. Pool area was lovely. Outdoor bathroom was a vibe. Felt extremely private and peaceful. Fairly quick access to town in Santa Teresa. Our host/concierge Fiona was extremely responsive and helpful. Our first time in Costa Rica so a few notes for other first time visitors relevant to this property. The roads to access the house are really rough which made coming and going an adventure. 4x4 helpful. In April, temp is fairly hot and high humidity. The AC kept the bedrooms nice and cool but the main room stayed pretty warm. House is set in the beautiful jungle which means wildlife at all times of day and night. Very fun but also a LOT of noise. Bring earplugs if a sensitive sleeper. A few small issues with the appliances during our stay but everything was resolved reasonably. Overall our trip was fabulous and would absolutely book with this host and property again.

I know Mal País and Santa Tere for over 20 years and I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS THANKS TO PABLO and his FINQUITA! If you are looking for the place of your dreams in the place of your dreams , don't hesitate ! This beautiful place complements paradise, it has EVERYTHING , what a traveler dreams and more! TOTALLY PRIVATE, but at the same time with a perfect location, with a supermarket 1 min walk super equipped with Vinos y Cortes Premium Meat, seafood, seasonal fruits and a 10 min walk to a fish market! The house is beautiful , the spacious rooms, the kitchen a dream , the A/C really ice cream, TV with Netflix wowwwww!!! Thank you Pablo for making my instance amazing, I arrived in the morning and always attentive to me! I hope and wish to return , is that you fall short with the description, a huge garden, space for several vehicles, patio , a huge room… I swear to come back !!!
