Rick and Sue were excellent hosts for me. Starting with my enquir about the availability of their lodge, to receiving prompt responses about its availability, to the spot-on directions to the place, and clear instructions about entering their premises. I am very happy for Rick and Sue to have hosted me. Oh, what a friendly, humble couple! I enjoyed my stay at their lodge and recommend it to anyone traveling to Wilmington, touring or visiting Delaware, who may need a place to stay for short or longer periods.

Dawn had thought of everything one could possibly need and provided copious snacks and supplies. I especially loved the second floor. It was sunny and extremely spacious. I had a hard time pulling myself away from the space to go downstairs to the first floor. The bedroom and bathrooms were huge. The separate working space/office had a huge walk-in closet space. There were lots of closets as well as lots of good hangers. I appreciated all the thoughtfulness Dawn put into everything throughout the entire unit. Highly recommend!

Our son stayed at Alice’s place for 3 months and had a terrific stay. Alice was extremely responsive and accommodating. The place was exactly as pictured and he had access to his private locked bedroom. Rest of unit was nice with a good shared kitchen and living room. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and he was able to park daily without any issues close to the unit. Also, walkable to restaurants and bars in Trolley Square. Recommend without any reservations.
