We had a great stay at Charles’ place. From start to finish, his hospitality was wonderful. He went above and beyond by recommending fantastic restaurants and activities, ensuring we made the most of our visit. Charles also graciously provided airport pick-up and drop-off. The location is right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by good dining options and within walking distance to everything we needed.

Like the location, hidden in the brushes , easy access to the cafes, restaurants in 3-5 mins waking distance. Air quality is great. Even with a book store next door. Great to relax in Ching Mai. Beds are comfortable, AC are strong, with enough clear water, we like the house.

The setting of this house is a beautiful oasis with a gorgeous garden and pool. The house was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We were only four adults but we could have easily fit two other couples or a larger family. We opted in for the all inclusive meals and driver which I would highly recommend. The food was outstanding and highly personalized to each guest. Jeab, the house manager was so sweet and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

The complex has a great pool and outdoor area. Location is an easy walk to Central, and a 7/eleven across the road. Everything in the apartment worked as it should and as described. Stand out feature was the very comfortable bed. When the internet stopped working, the issue was rectified ASAP. From then on internet was excellent, easily fast enough to stream. Great host. Would recommend.

Beer was a wonderful host. She’s responsive and easy to communicate with via messages. The place was nice, clean and in a great location. We can walk to One Nimman, Maya and lots of local restaurants, bars and 7/11. The apartment is spacious. We will stay here again and recommend anyone who looks for a place around Nimmanemin area. Thank you Beer!

The condo was great. Great location to amenities like Central Festival Mall. Very comfortable condo. It had everything I needed, good kitchen, comfortable bedroom and bed and very convenient bathroom and living room. The TV was a smart TV with access to U Tube, Netflix etc. Highly recommend the condo to stay in Chiang Mai.

We enjoyed our stay, both the house and its surroundings were fine. We will be back soon.

Excellent place to stay, Annie was very professional and communicated really well- she even recommended some activites to do around the area which we really appreciated! The place was beautiful, kept very clean and the place had lots of amenities (the steal was the absolutely amazing rooftop pool) and the bed was super comfortable. We had issues with Wi-Fi so we messaged Annie and she replied with good timing and the problem was solved quickly! Location was very good, GRAB to old city was about 100baht which is good price and a one minute walk 7/11 across the road which was great! Once again thank you Annie for our stay, Chiang Mai was so beautiful (our favourite stay in Thailand) and we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! We hope to visit again some time soon :)
