Just Magical. You guys helped to make this a very special 30th birthday for my wife. She fell in love with your beautiful home. Everything was perfect and provided us a great opportunity to escape the trappings of life for a weekend. We can't say enough about how great our stay was. Thank you so much for our incredible stay!

We came to Jill’s place for a weekend of winter fun and it didn’t disappoint. Has plenty of parking for our truck and trailer, room for our family of 4, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy living space and bedroom. Close proximity to winter activities and snowmobile trails. Overall great stay!

A lovely, clean place with beautiful surroundings. The view of the lake was wonderful. The only downside was that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated schoolhouse - Karlan has done a fantastic job with the property. The location is absolutely perfect for a quiet Adirondack getaway. The hike up Baxter Mountain starts right out the back door, and the surrounding area offers plenty of peaceful outdoor activities. It’s also just a short drive to Lake Placid, making it ideal for exploring the region. Perfect for a family of four - was super comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!
