Great stay for the price

It's our second time and that alone explains why we like the place. It has all the amenities we need for our stay and the host is very accommodating. We would still go back if again given the chance to celebrate Christmas and New Year in Makati💚

Location! Location!! Location!!! We celebrated the winter holidays at Millet’s Makati condo. One of the reasons I select Airbnb properties is that I get to meet other amazing hosts - and Millet and her husband were not only responsive hosts but they were friendly and welcoming. They took the time to decorate their condo so we could truly enjoy Christmas. It was such a nice touch. And we were treated to a very spectacular Pinoy New Year's firework show from the property's balcony. This building has exceptional amenities, pool and staffed fitness center, which rival any 5 star hotel. Further, the property is connected to a new mall on floor 2 with several restaurants and a large supermarket. There was a significant issue with roaches in the kitchen. While the hosts came and sprayed immediately upon request, it's obviously a building issue and hard to seal off an individual unit in a large high rise. Regardless - it was a 5 star stay with 5 star service

Travel with my parents after the festival.Sunshine beach, clean room, there is a big shoppingmall just over a ten-minute walk.There is food from all over the world.Bring your own pool and artificial waves in the apartment.Small basketball.Music bars by the pool in the evening.Very relaxing with homemade cocktails while blowing the sea breeze, introduce friends next time.

This place is a well kept older building. I love it. Swimming pool, clean and comfortable room, free breakfast GREAT attention to anything I needed. I already extended my stay. Everyone here is so caring about my needs. If I come back to Manila, I will not hesitate to choose this place

I had a great stay at Jae Soong’s place. I was contacted by Riza who is the on site help, she was great and answered all the questions I had, if I had an issue she came round straight away, she was also in contact every day to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you guys!

The owner is awesome. It was a stressful work activity I do not want to attend so his place became a comfort zone to me. Madali kausap, mabait, accommodating and ang daming kainan sa labas may mga tiangge pa po nakaabawas ng stress after an entire day of work. thanks!

Host responsive, flexible in and out, super near to the sm southmall with it easy access to restaurants and shops, paid parking but reliable, fast internet and premium netflix, and reasonable price highly recommended if you want to stay near a mall and in Alabang

I booked the room for my family for 1 night, it was a fast transaction and host explained well all the terms. My family find the place cozy and clean, my son love the bedsheet as its very comfy. Definetly recommend the place and kudos to the host. ✅✅✅✅✅

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was awesome! Massage chair was definitely a plus especially after a long walk from moa seaside. We needed to attend a show in Moa Arena and the place was just 5 minutes ride, hassle free! We will definitely come back. The host was very responsive and kind. Hope the placing of microwave was a little bit lower though. hihi

Small room but very functional. Great views. Belle was a great host and responded very quickly with an issues or concerns I had, and was very flexible with check in and check out time.

Great place for a short stay if you’re in the area as everything essential is provided - there’s even Netflix if you get bored. Also very clean and Crisalez was really responsive. There’s also a gym and a pool, which are a great plus if you’ve got the time.

Ate Michelle's place is absolutely perfect! The check-in process was seamless, and the unit looked exactly as it did in the app photos. I especially enjoyed the Karaoke setup—it added so much fun to my stay. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit to my colleagues. 🫶
