The unit had a great location. Near a park, restaurants, stores, had 7/11 on the ground floor which was very convenient for guests staying for several days. The linens were clean and Daniel sent Care Taker to clean and change towels in the middle of our stay. Having a Washing machine is a big plus. There were minor updates and renovations that could improve the look when completed. In summary, we had a pleasant stay. Might consider booking unit again in the future.

The location is perfect—close to the mall and other places. The parking spot near the elevator was super convenient. The room was spacious, but I wish there was a proper dining table instead of the bar table. The bed and pillows were a bit too firm, but the host provided softer pillows.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts, along with the caretakers, were incredibly warm and accommodating, making us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, showing great attention to cleanliness and comfort. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary goodies like coffee, biscuits, shampoos, and soaps—small touches that made a big difference in our stay. One of the highlights was the veranda, which offered a stunning view, especially during the fireworks display—it was truly breathtaking! The building is situated in a peaceful area, allowing us to fully relax and unwind. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. Everything was well-maintained, cozy, and inviting. This a great airbnb if you’re looking to stay in Quezon City area. The location is perfect to the Eastwood mall and restaurants. I was able to go to the grocery and cook with the kitchen easily. Also, having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. The host was responsive with our questions, and I would stay here again!

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

5/5, clean space, perfect for chilling, spacious even with 4 people. We accidentally locked the cr door from the outside but found out it has no key 😭. We got stressed a bit but glad that the owner was easy to reach and gave us instruction on how to unlock it.

The place was homey. There were 2 bedrooms; you get privacy, everything u need was there. Perfect stay for a family.

Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

Pros: This apartment was really nice. Has everything you need except washing machine, but it can be done downstairs going towards supermarket. Bigger bedroom has clothes hanger which was a nice surprise since it's not shown in pictures. The location is very good. Very close to supermarket and just 15 minutes drive to BGC. Cons: We've seen few roaches but not too much. Bathroom lacks shelves for hygiene stuff.

I stayed at Anna's place in BGC for a few days. Anna was very responsive and helpful through the check-in process. The location is great, right next to Venice Canals mall which has plenty of shopping and restaurants. Nightlife is a short taxi away also, if that's what you seek. The room was very clean and the AC worked great in the hot Manila days. Staff on hand were very friendly and it was always quick to get a grab drive. Overall a great experience.

I’ve stayed for 19D18N at Mai’s unit. It was clean, organized, and well-maintained, complete with everything I needed. From kitchen to cleaning essentials, everything was well-provided. The bed was clean and comfy, and the beddings smelled clean and good, and there were enough pillows to use. Mai is one of the greatest hosts I’ve had the pleasure to interact with here at AirBnB. She responds and resolves concerns promptly, making sure everything I need as a guest is well taken care of. Mai has been nothing but kind, considerate, and generous. I could cook freely because the kitchen is well-equipped. All the appliances were working perfectly fine. Also, her place is very accessible to the mall, restos/fast foods, supermarket, laundry shops, gym (Anytime Fitness if you’re a member). Everything you’ll ever need is in one place! No need to drive or commute! It was a pleasant stay and experience. I felt comfy and at home staying at her place. I will surely be staying at Mai’s place again.

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stayed at Vince’s place for the duration of the Manila Live tournament. It was exactly as describe, very close to the train station and handy mall downstairs. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, Vince was very responsive with every request, nothing was too much of an ask. Will most definitely stay here again

Host Mera was very responsive and accommodating to our concerns. The unit is cozy, clean and inviting. It has kitchen tools and utensils if you want home-cooked meals. The building has enough amenities such as landscaped gardens and outdoor pools if you want to stay within the premises. The place is near malls and other activities within the EDSA Guadalupe area. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended place and we'll be booking this again in the future.

A fantastic place as a Manila base. Spacious and clean with easy access to a swimming pool and great restaurants around. A pretty high end and secure neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I was amazed of the key locker right at the door of the room. No need to look for it at the mailbox number in the ground flr. Thank you very much😊
