This condo was the perfect holiday getaway! The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, and the amenities like the pool were a bonus. The host was incredibly accommodating, making everything easy for a relaxing stay.

Its comfortable like our own house. Its clean. Its actually Better than other condotel near here, easy entry sa lobby compared to other condo. or apartment. Our guest likes it.

Always a pleasure staying at Evangeline's place. The unit has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen, cold A/C a comfortable bed. several restaurants and an SM supermarket on the ground floor, unbeatable location 7 minutes walk to SM Megamall and train station. this is the unit to book if you need to stay in mandaluyong.

The place is neat and have complete amenities. The view in the balcony is breathtaking. Host/Rachelle is very helpful, kind and friendly.

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's perfectly located near SM and everything else we needed, making it super convenient. The garden is absolutely perfect for my pets, and they had such a great time there. Rex and Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Had an absolute blast at this Airbnb! The family room is huge and comes with a massive smart TV – perfect for movie nights. Karaoke was a fun surprise too! The roof deck is the cherry on top with a swing and a chill table for card games. Loads of space, and the host is super chill and friendly. 10/10 would stay again!

The place was great! It had a very cozy feel in the sala, a spacious kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom upstairs. The host was also super great, so responsive to our questions and so welcoming too. Overall great experience!

The place provided us with the space, privacy and quiet environment that we needed. Then there’s a lot in the tv - with several streaming platforms subscriptions- to entertain us while we rest. We had a productive and relaxing stay.

We had wonderful stay at Laurice's place. Location is near MOA and restaurants which is very convenient. The unit is very clean and cozy. Also the host is responsive and friendly.

Thanks so much for a great stay in Manila. Regine and Vanessa were so helpful with every request, going out of their way to help me with local shopping. Easy online deliveries to the building. The apartment has 2 aircons, a full service kitchen, big fridge and fast internet. The rooftop lounge has great sunset views over Manila Bay. I walked to the Philippine International Convention Centre each day. Looking forward to coming again!

The unit is as shown in the pictures and they are very responsive

Had a wonderful stay! Seamless check-in and out, amenities were provided such as bar soap in the bathroom and towels, we were able to cook with the items provided as well, kitchen unit and appliance were upgraded to a newer model compared to the photo posted. Cherry is a very responsive host despite the last minute changes and has arranged maintenance to repair faulty items in the unit within an hour. Family friendly as they have provided toys for the kids and washing machine too.

Sir Jim is very responsive and very considerate. He also responds real quick. Sir Jim's unit is very clean and very homey. We really enjoyed our stay. Hassle free from check in to check out. Five stars!

Great place if attending concerts in sm moa arena. Very walkable and easy to navigate.
