Monthly Rentals in Sydenham

We really enjoyed our stay at Allan’s place. It’s located very close to a train station making it very easy to access the rest of the city. There is some noise from the station but we didn’t find it excessive. The unit is close to Sydney Park, a large off-leash dog space with lots of walking paths. Several grocery stores, including Aldi and Coles are within walking distance. We found the apartment to be very well stocked with supplies and the kitchen was great for long term stays. If we’re ever in Sydney again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book Allan’s place!

The place was nice and neatly maintained. There was a personalized welcome message with lots of goodies to use. Best stay for this holidays.

We stayed 10 night and the place was comfortable and suited our mix of work and relaxation. Anita has provided a lot of extras that others don’t think of. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. It is a lovely light and airy space which kept cool in the heat. Travelling with our dog and access to the park next door was perfect. We have already booked to return. Thank you Anita for giving us a home away from home.
