The Hideaway lives up to is name! Secluded and quiet, yet just five mins from both the beach and shops, it really is perfectly located. We had a wonderful stay. Kate was a great host. The cottage was really clean and well-equipped. We loved the personal style combined with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect half term break for myself, my son and my mum. Nicest caravan we have stayed in (and we have stayed in a few)! Really modern, clean and Hannah was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back and stay again!

Had such a relaxing stay here, it was so peaceful and lovely and cosy. Great for a little get away! Easy to check in and really good instructions to get the spa bath working. Appreciated the little extras of local tea / coffee and shower toiletries. Thanks so much - it’s such a lovely farm and cabin and made us love Suffolk even more!

Great communication from Jayne. The cottage is ideally located within walking distance of the sea, the pubs, shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful location and we felt like we were right in the middle of it.

We spend our New Year’s Eve At Lees place regularly because family are near by and because it’s always brilliant, beautiful, clean, welcoming, comfortable had excellent facilities. We have booked already to come back! Thank you xxxx

We had a lovely stay here and the caravan is clean, comfy and cosy. Has central heating and electric fire if needed. Comfy beds and a lovely hot shower too. Most things are provided for you, except personal towels and a hair dryer. There is outdoor seating and parking area.. can fit 2 cars side by side if needed. The site is well kept, quiet and is in a perfect location. The beach is a 5 minute walk. There is a coastal path that takes you to a few pubs that do food and a fish shop too. The site has an outdoor pool (about 17m long) which was heated and a pleasure to swim in. Just 2 communal changing rooms, no shower though. Think this stays open until the end of September. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely like to visit again..

The place smelled beautiful as you walk in and stayed that way for the duration, really clean and well thought out, cupboards were well stocked with plates and cookware etc. the annex felt private and the area was very quiet and peaceful, lovely walks close by. We brought a dog with us and they left a bowl and some treats in it which I thought was a really nice touch. We had tea coffee and biscuits ready to use on arrival which was definitely appreciated. We will 100% be back as it was also a great price tbh. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was made up for us by the owners. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

There aren’t enough words to describe how pleased we were with our stay!! So clean and beautiful, looked like it had just been renovated it was pristine. Had all the amenities and everything you need in the kitchen to cook a proper Christmas dinner we were blown away! A lovely warm welcome with a lovely Xmas card and some bits for us, beds are comfy, views are amazing, spacious… fantastic for multiple families in one house… kids loved the PlayStation! Towels all fluffy, Christmas decs put up for us so we could be festive. Fast reponses on my many questions before we arrived!!! Really kind and fantastic hosts I honestly couldn’t praise this house and the hosts more. I’ve stayed in many an air BnB and this one ticks every box. Thank you for the best Christmas stay!

A very comfortable house on the seafront in a nice seaside town. Everywhere was in walking distance, close to the seafront.
