Waterfront vacation rentals in Swan River

We loved our stay here. It’s a stunning apartment and immaculate. Very comfortable bed with a great powerful shower. We didn’t get time to try the beautiful bath but looked great. It’s extremely close to the river and we had some beautiful walks to there from the apartment. Rita was very easy and quick to communicate with and very helpful. Thanks for making it a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This listing was a complete gem of a find. From easy to follow check in details to little things like having the basics such as oil, salt and pepper, we couldn’t believe our luck upon arrival. Thanks so much for being a fantastic host, 100000% recommend and will be sure to book again when back in Perth For anyone thinking of booking, the property is located less than 5 minutes walk from Swan River, right by the ferry stop which takes you over to Elizabeth key. 3 parks within 20 minutes walk (perfect for children), a lovely coffee shop less than 5 minutes away right by the ferry. Beautiful walks, shopping centre with 24hr supermarket (Good Grocer), lovely restaurants with river view. Parking perfect too! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check-in was very easy thanks to detailed instructions. Kasia was responsive and flexible with a request we made, which was appreciated. The apartment was well-furnished and had convenient parking.

What a place. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt at home. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the front balcony was a welcome spot to relax and had we stayed longer we would have taken advantage of the Bbq (but there are so many lovely restaurants close by it’s hard to want to stay home!) We’ve stayed in a few apartments in Cott, and this is our absolute favourite. Worth the price. 5 stars.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nicole’s beautiful apartment in Perth. It was lovely, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. It’s in a great location right on the Swan River. You have views from the apt. There’s lots of restaurants & bars on the waterfront nearby and a boardwalk right in front, and you have the city right there. You can walk to everything. Nicole & Julie were lovely extremely helpful, friendly hosts. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nicole.😃

We booked this home for a couple of weeks as a 'bridge' pending handover of our new build. The house is great - very spacious, well-appointed, well-located and with amazing views. The hosts are incredibly responsive and go out of their way to assist with any issues that arise. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the property. A great neighborhood base for spending time with family and friends. Property beautifully decorated and had all the basic amenities needed for a week long stay. Hosts are super friendly, responsive and helpful. Would love to book again next time we are in town. Beautiful home. Pictures do not do this place justice. Excellent location and views of the water. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this place 100 times and will hopefully stay again in the future!

Jane was extremely helpful, responsive and communicative. She spent Christmas Eve ensuring an issue with the one of the blinds was rectified and still offered to be available over Christmas and Boxing Day if we needed her. She also provided a lovely deli box of food as a check-in gift, which was much appreciated. All in all a brilliant experience, would recommend.

Beautiful place, both Modern and cozy! minutes walk away from stunning beaches. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Sarah’s beach house was perfect for my family and me! It was right by the water which we loved and easily accessible right off the street. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying here again if given the opportunity. Sarah also left a lovely gift basket with goodies and fresh food items in the fridge to welcome us!

Awesome beautiful place and nice and close to lovely dining in South Fremantle

Loved every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants minutes away by foot and literally right by the beach thru the driveway at the back. Pool heaps of fun for the kids too. Great accommodation, nothing too flash but everything you need and comfortable beds. We would not hesitate staying here again and hope we will.

Our stay at Mark’s apartment was absolutely amazing. He showed us great hospitality on arrival, and was easy to contact if needed. The food he provided really helped us to get started before we could get to the supermarket. The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We looked forward to coming home to it each day. The location was amazing, and it was very quiet for being so close to the CBD with a lovely view over lush green trees, and the city. The pool and the gym were also great. It stayed fairly cool, even on very hot days so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner a lot. Mark had a book with some great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in Perth. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We were sad to go.

Highly recommended, cozy house, clean and tidy, everything is perfect. Claire is a fantastic host. It's easy to communicate with her. To a foreigner whose English is not very good, she always understands what I mean. You can enjoy the lake and birds opposite the house, nice view.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Lovely apartment in a great location. Apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. Check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace watching the comings and goings at the harbour. The location was amazing with restaurants in easy walking distance. Communication with Mary was always quick and she had many excellent recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. We will definitely book with Mary on any future visit.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastic apartment! Wonderful location, it’s so easy to walk into Fremantle and experience the shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment has the most spectacular views and we sat on the terrace or balcony on lovely warm nights to experience the atmosphere and ambience on offer. Thank you!
