Rita was an amazing host! So helpful and accommodating. The space is beautiful and very well appointed. Everything stays cool in the hot Perth summer, the kitchen has everything you need, bed is comfortable and the shower is great. Closely located to good restaurants and a very short walk to the river. We loved our stay and thank Rita and Carl very much for everything!

Kasia and Rait were lovely hosts, very friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. And went out of their way to come and fix up the washing machine so we could use it during our stay. The apartment was beautiful very modern and was neat and tidy, it had everything we needed and felt very homey. In a great location, easy enough to walk to the CBD or Elizabeth Quay if you wanted to. Would definitely recommend them to other guests.

Incredible penthouse Airbnb with an amazing view. The apartment was in pristine condition, the hosts were really accommodating and the outdoor area made for a really special evening.

What a fantastic place, view and stay. Exceeded my expectations, would to stay here again. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive. I had a few issues and they were immediately on to it and kind in their responses despite my difficulties. The view is really amazing, you won't be disappointed. Comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, and a great bathroom. The place is very tastefully presented and designed, there's lots to look at and has a retro feel (reminded me of growing up a lot). As the hosts clearly describe in the listing, the parking in the garage is (very) challenging, or at least it was for me. You want to be good at reversing. The place is on the third level with no lift, so that can be tricky with luggage, but that's why you have such an amazing view. Once you are inside you will be very happy and can enjoy (and the windows actually open, unlike some newer places). Highly recommend, great spot and a huge park is nearby for exercise.

This was a lovely apartment in a great location with views from the balcony to the sea. The good gym and amenities made this place a bit different and better than other places we've stayed at. The air conditioning worked well and was very welcome in the heatwave. Excellent bedroom fan made it a comfortable temperature (though it did click on swing mode). The kitchen equipment was excellent and good to have some staples in the cupboard eg salt and pepper, vegemite, tea bags etc. We enjoyed our break here. There's a lot going on at Scarborough Beach with a diverse range of activities and events.

Great view especially of the sunset. Very close to beach and some tasty food venues. Easy access to city.

Great stay and a beautiful property in a quiet and secluded location. Highly recommend this property for groups looking for a great getaway location. Alana was also helpful and responsive. The only thing to mention is that the property is equipped with cameras, which is great for security, but one is installed above the pool area, making some of our guests uncomfortable.

Easy to navigate, clear check-in instructions, and as usual both Rachele/David are responsive to my queries and needs. My 2nd stay here was the same as the first one except for the small issue with its SpaceB platform but Rachele got it sorted out swiftly. Complete facilities are provided in the house from kitchenware to laundry, bedding, and basic entertainment making our stay in Maylands an enjoyable one. My family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely not be our last one in Maylands. Thank you Rachele once again for making sure the check-in is seamless and providing us with a comfortable stay throughout.

Excellent place. Yasmine is not only a friendly host but a very concise communicator. The house itself is always basked in great lighting and sunset truly is a great experience with how well designed the architecture is. Would come again in a heartbeat, highly reccomended.

Amazing house right next to the beach. Booked this place whilst my parents were visiting from Germany as I wanted something special. Has everything you need and can definitely recommend :)

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Most fabulous location off Burns Beach Road. All was clean. Would have been a remarkable house in its day with opulent swag and tail curtains and pelmets. If it’s a modern pristine house you’re after then this might not be for you. Definite modernisation required, but was comfortable for us all the same. We had been told 2 days before arriving that air-con wasn’t working - had to wait 10 days for part for this to be fixed, which was half our holiday time! A partial refund was given from hosts which was accepted. Fans were provided but in circa 35o heat this did not accomplish much cold air! So this was a large disappointment. The Pool pump was struggling and again dated and pool was urgently in need of a good clean. Having two young children with us was a must for pool to be clean! This was dealt with by hosts. The hosts were excellent at sorting our problems out so cannot fault them. Thank you Lucy and team.

Wonderful 2 nights right across from the beach - with great views from multiple positions in the house. Huge front room fully enclosed with the ability to open up sliding windows to see & hear the ocean ( dining area & very comfortable couch here). Another huge living area with an enormous TV _ again with a very comfortable couch. Main bedroom ( QB) has a very open en-suite ( ie minimal privacy) - but there is a 2nd bathroom/toilet that can be used. Kitchen is enormous with all essential items. Comfortable bedding -peaceful night with sound of waves just outside. Glorious sunset from front room. Yes -you do have entire home ( as per the listing) - but the owners are right behind you on the property ( ie open the window in 3rd bedroom to look directly into their garage). They also park their cars right in front of the main room. This was not a great deterrent - just needs to be mentioned in listing.

We had a great time at Mary’s place. Relaxing and enjoying everyday. The view is beautiful and the location is very easy to access Fremantle by car or walking. One free car parking is so handy to our 8 days stay. Mary is a very good host, responding very quickly to all messages, the instructions she gave us is clearly and helpful. Early check in and late check out is another bonus for us. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fremantle.

Claire was an amazing host and we felt super comfortable in the apartment!! The place was sparkling clean and super quiet!! Highly recommend :)

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

Great location, walking distance to the Main Street and food places. Stunning views. Will be back at this location next time we are here.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location in Fremantle. Check in / out was simple. The apartment is clean, comfortable beds, clean linens and no clutter. Views of the boats and sunset over the ocean. Easy walking to all that Fremantle has to offer. Mary was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Will definitely stay again.
