We loved our stay here. It’s a stunning apartment and immaculate. Very comfortable bed with a great powerful shower. We didn’t get time to try the beautiful bath but looked great. It’s extremely close to the river and we had some beautiful walks to there from the apartment. Rita was very easy and quick to communicate with and very helpful. Thanks for making it a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Marcellas place, is the place to stay! Marcella is so friendly and really helpful and responsive, Marcella really helped us out with check in and out instructions and additional help with a later than usual check in! The apartment itself is perfectly situated a few minutes walk from the beach, having parking available was super handy and the pool was such a nice amenity It was clean and tidy and really really lovely The bed was comfy and the block is super quiet There was also some really cute little snacks on check in that were definitely appreciated after 24 hours of travel I cannot recommend marcellas place enough, friendly host, perfect location, lovely apartment! Thank you so much Marcella for having us!!

what a gem emaculent apartment right on the river. So close to the city it's walkable. amazing river views looking over the city. highly recommend and will definitely be booking again and again. Many thanks to Marija's, she is a great host to have.

Josh and Serena's flat is beautifully furnished! We really liked the style. For us, there was a little too less storage space for four people in the bedrooms and living area and kitchen. We loved the pool and our three-year-old loved the slide! The location was also great. It was super quick to get to the promenade and the shops (including Coles). There was also a private car park. All in all, we can recommend the flat and would come again!

Easy to navigate, clear check-in instructions, and as usual both Rachele/David are responsive to my queries and needs. My 2nd stay here was the same as the first one except for the small issue with its SpaceB platform but Rachele got it sorted out swiftly. Complete facilities are provided in the house from kitchenware to laundry, bedding, and basic entertainment making our stay in Maylands an enjoyable one. My family enjoyed our stay here and would definitely not be our last one in Maylands. Thank you Rachele once again for making sure the check-in is seamless and providing us with a comfortable stay throughout.

Spacious place with in a great location, literally across the road from the beach and directly facing the sunset. Ujal's communication was great and he was always responsive to messages. Would definitely return!!!

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

The house is huge and great for big groups! There are 2 fridge freezers, and 2 dishwashers and the kitchen has plenty of cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils for all guests! There are plenty of spaces within the house (sitting room, lounge room, study, upstairs sitting room, balconies etc) that allow for personal space which is a great option with so many people under the one roof. It is across the road from the beach and breezes throughout the property are fabulous. The team were very responsive to any questions and got back to us straight away when we had a question about the house. I would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again!

The house is just stunning!!! Right next to the river with cafes just steps away! Rachel had provided very detailed info for check in and access to different things that makes everything easy. Definitely enjoyed my stay!

We had a wonderful stay at David's place! The location is truly unbeatable, just 300 meters from the beach. It's incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops for daily necessities. The area is filled with great restaurants by the sea, and I highly recommend visiting them before sunset for a magical experience. During our stay, the dishwasher unfortunately broke down. However, David's team responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. Their quick and positive reaction really impressed us. The beddings and towels were comfortable. David's team even prepared toiletries and cleaning supplies, and everything was exactly as described. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Once again, thank you so much for your care. Always immaculate, set up is consistent and makes it feel like your own holiday home

Mary was great to deal with and the accommodation was excellent. In a beautiful location and had everything we needed.

First time living in a shared airbnb and it exceeded my expectations. The location is very quiet and peaceful with the house itself very neat and tidy, fully equipped and well maintained. Claire was very precise and clear with instructions and communicated with me within minutes of me asking her questions. Would recommend 10/10

I stayed at Bluehaven Retreat with some friends for a weekend of writing. We loved that Bluehaven told a story of its own, with a number of historical photographs displayed. Co-host Grayam stayed in the top floor apartment and was super helpful. Also, the location can’t be beat! Everything you need is within walking distance, and the view is to die for! My writing group is insisting we make our visit to Bluehaven a yearly tradition. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay at Mark’s apartment was absolutely amazing. He showed us great hospitality on arrival, and was easy to contact if needed. The food he provided really helped us to get started before we could get to the supermarket. The apartment was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We looked forward to coming home to it each day. The location was amazing, and it was very quiet for being so close to the CBD with a lovely view over lush green trees, and the city. The pool and the gym were also great. It stayed fairly cool, even on very hot days so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner a lot. Mark had a book with some great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do in Perth. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We were sad to go.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living.
