Great stay at Elissa’s for two adults, a 3yr old and baby. Apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and newly renovated with lots of stylish touches. We cooked meals with ease in the well equipped kitchen and walked everywhere thanks to the central (but quiet) location - popping across to the beach for sunsets was a highlight. So grateful for the brekky supplies, toiletries and toys.

Fantastic stay while working locally. Check in was super easy and the space was perfect for a few days off. Nicole and Simone were really easy to deal with - all communication was clear and concise and responses to any questions I had were positive and without delay. I will be staying there again if and when I can. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment with all the mod cons and close to beach

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week - great central location for walking around the city - right near the foreshore esplanade walking/bike track and only a 15 min walk to Elizabeth quay/malls/trains. The new ‘Foodies’ supermarket around the corner is sooo good. Apartment had all the amenities we needed, kids used the communal pool. Gym rooms are only few rooms away from the apartment, but tiny. Car park handy in basement, but we didn’t need it. One bedroom is smaller with a double bed taking up most of the space. Living area/kitchen with enough room for everyone to relax. Recommend!

Feel just like home, very warm and cosy. Had everything we need for our 1 week stay there with our little one. Sebastian was also very helpful, making sure everything was alright and gave lots of recommendations during our stay there. Will definitely book our stay with Seb again if we visit Perth the next time. Cheers mate!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was exactly as described, with stunning water views that made every morning and evening feel special. The house is located at a nice spot, good water view and quiet neighbourhood, also there is a playgroup very close to the house. Inside the house, we were very impressed by the cleaning and the 5 star hotel standard bedding and handwashing liquid etc. Every room is pleasant and nicely set up. The highlight for my kids is playing kayak on the water - there are four kayaks in the storage from single to double size to choose from, it really was great fun! We had a fantastic stay at Will’s house, will be looking forward to booking another weekend at this place. Highly recommend!

My husband, our sons and grandsons spent two nights at Gail’s house. Each and every one of them raved about the house. They loved the location, the facilities, the comfortable house and all of the very appreciated little touches that made them feel so welcome. The little boys enjoyed the toys. They were all very happy with their accommodation and would highly recommend this very comfortable, welcoming home.

This is our 3rd stay at Capeview beach resorts but our first in Joshua’s unit. It served our purpose by being close enough to Margaret River. The house is tidy and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. A family with kids would find the bikes and kayaks a bonus.

Tanya was once again a great host who responsed promptly and was very accommodating. we thoroughly enjoyed time again at her place and will definitely be back.

There were 4 couples and the house was lovely clean and spacious. We just relaxed and enjoyed the serenity. Would love to go in warmer weather I think that would be glorious. The place was exactly as described and the perfect location with amazing city views. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!!

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This property is just gorgeous! Peaceful and in a fantastic location. Distance to the beach was a standout. The villa is large, so no squeezing you and all your things into tiny rooms. Plenty for kids to do with the pools and a great games room. Will definitely re-book here.

Had a great stay in Mandurah at Cj's place. The listing was as advertised and in a superb location, with lots on the doorstep. Cj was very generous and kind with what she provided in the kitchen and was very responsive from the moment I booked. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. A huge thank you to Kylie! The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. The location is absolutely perfect — right across the road from the beach, with a beautiful grassy area out front that was ideal for our two girls to play. We walked along the coast every day, stopping in at local playgrounds, the boat dock, and a great little café just 5 minutes away on foot. The apartment itself was easily the best part. I travel a lot across the state and this is honestly the first place I’ve stayed that had absolutely everything. From the thoughtful welcome pack on arrival to the washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, BBQ — you name it, Kylie has thought of it. Every detail has been considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The entire place was spotless, neat, and incredibly well set up. Thank you again, Kylie — and PS: my girls are now insisting I buy the same mirror you have at home!
