Amazing views on the mountains from the terrace and balcony on the second floor. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Despite the frosty weather, it was warm inside. There's a fireplace that will help you to make the atmosphere even more cozy. I highly recommend Martina's place for winter holidays!

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We immediately felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy to use wood stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we appreciate very much in winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, hammer good barista coffee and is also dog friendly. The bedding and mattresses were top notch. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

Fantastic house, which is wonderfully renovated and very comfortable. The large open kitchen, terrace and living room are perfectly designed for several people. The location is great, shopping and the center are within walking distance within minutes. The contact with the host and the handover were uncomplicated and pleasant.

A stunning house and great location. The house was even better than the pictures. Beautiful furniture and all the amenities. We felt right at home. We had such a great time we even extended our stay!

Spontaneously booked for a "little break" and get exactly that. The accommodation is cozy and modernly furnished. There's nothing missing. Communication with the hosts was also great. We are happy to recommend!

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

The apartment is well located, comfortably furnished, very clean, the kitchen is super equipped. Rose Marie is very nice and helpful, the communication was pleasant and straightforward. I would stay there again anytime and thank you for the lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location and close to lots of great sites. The small village is very nice. Bakery and grocery store were great. Carolin was an awesome host and the apartment was perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend this apartment.

It was wonderful! The place is beautiful and totally cozy. Dagmar is incredibly friendly and really a great host. The location is very quiet, but shopping is within easy reach. It was really great, we will be back

Stayed at Angelika’s beautiful home for 4 nights to ski at Garmisch-Classic, the home is in a perfect spot in between Hausberg and Kandahar Express, the house has incredible fittings all throughout, beautiful views of the mountains from both the kitchen and living room. Angelika was always incredibly responsive and helpful, even late at night! 14/10 would stay here again.

We are just very satisfied. Everything was a good fit. Everything you need and want to see on site. Always recommended. We will definitely go there again. Thanks for everything

Nice place with very spacious living room, nice wooden elements. Floor heating in the whole apartment took a bit to get to desired temperature level, but was still a big plus!

my sister and I spent a weekend with our dogs there. Very nice, uncomplicated welcome. Very warm. We felt very comfortable in the house. It is a very cute wooden cottage, very lovingly decorated and decorated. Everything you need is there. We had very nice hours on the small but very cozy terrace. Our dogs also had fun in the small garden. We also enjoyed the campsite very much. In the area was a swimming lake, an anglersee, and the Iller. We took long walks here. The Greek on the square is very very good. Food was very good, large portions and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back !

Perfect location and a perfect house for families with children. There were an ample supply of amenities and for both the children and adults. It was quiet and secluded which allowed us to enjoy each other's company. Janin was quick with any responses and always helpful.

We made the days over New Year's Eve with Bettina and Sven beautiful. The listing is as described. Great for a little break and and with the swimming pool as well as the sauna, everything worked out great. On the basis of recommendation, we were at the Scheffler Brewery. We can also highly recommend these. Thank you for this :) Great host, we can only recommend ❤️

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It is fully furnished so you feel right at home. Communication with Sonja was easy and fast. Thank you so much for a great 6 weeks! However, the car is an advantage, since Bad Überkingen is a little off the beaten path and the internet is generally weak in Bad Überkingen. We felt very comfortable with Sonja and are always happy to come back.

Fantastic stay! Location was great and being able to use hotel amenities was awesome. Highly recommend!
