Vacation rentals with beach access in Swabia

Wolfgang and Andrea's apartment is a gem. We spent a short but very nice extended weekend in Tutzing and felt very comfortable. The proximity to the train station and parking on the neighboring street were perfect for our needs. The apartment is absolutely clean and modernly furnished, the beds were fantastically soft and cozy, the bathroom and kitchen had everything your heart desires. The contact with Wolfgang was also very pleasant and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is on the ground floor, so the residents of the upper floor could be heard, which did not bother us further. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a great time with our family with Eric in the apartment. Everything was tippi toppi, Eric was also easily accessible and not only gave us tips for tobogganing, but also borrowed his tobogganing. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to recommend the apartment.

It was a very pleasant experience in everything. We especially liked the balconies, where we could watch the sunset/sunrise. Also, the apartment was pleasantly warm due to the heating floor. From the apartment you also have good transport connections, so you can explore the area with buses. We would like to thank Claudia again here for the pleasant stay.

The two of us stayed in the accommodation for less than a week and felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook and bake. The bathroom is spacious and the bed very comfortable! The east-facing balcony lets you enjoy the morning sun with a coffee from there. Otherwise, we were in the beautiful surroundings. Even without a car, everything is well connected when you have the bus times in view. Here again a big thank you to the landlord, we were given all the important information about check-in and arrival before arrival and even during the stay the communication was always great. Gladly again.

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We immediately felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy to use wood stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we appreciate very much in winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, hammer good barista coffee and is also dog friendly. The bedding and mattresses were top notch. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

The house is super nicely located, overlooking Lake Ammersee. The house cannot be reached directly by car, you walk about 100 m via steps up the hill. In the house there are two large sofas in the living room and a large dining table, so you can sit comfortably together with the larger group. The hosts were super quick to reach for questions and especially at the checkout time.

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outdoor area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We received a warm welcome from Alex and his mother and we could also reach out to her at any time. The house is close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily walk to. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time at Villa Matilda and good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

A particularly great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with children and like animals. The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.

Beautiful house which just worked for us. Great indoor & outdoor spaces, spacious rooms and views, and an easy stroll to swim in the lake or catch the ferry to take us all round it.We all loved it.

Lovely, spacious apartment with our own bathroom and balcony. Kassandra was exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. Kassandra gave use clear directions for check in and suggested several sights in the local area. I would stay here again!

The accommodation was not far from the promenade and you could reach all the villages in the area quite quickly. The rented room was very clean and you felt very comfortable. The hostess was very polite and likeable, we would come back! 1000 stars instead of 5 😊

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Perfect location, 5 min to the swimming spot, 10 min to the beach, 2 min to the bakery. Great roof terrace, all very stylishly furnished. Isabel and Wolfgang are great hosts, very personal. We will be back!
