We were looking for somewhere a bit off the beaten path, and David’s place in Lakhusdi village couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s about 10 km from Mestia, and honestly, the photos don’t even come close to capturing how stunning it is in person. The views are absolutely incredible, and there’s a peaceful surrealism there that you just don’t find in many places. David has created something really special, a cosy, welcoming home that feels like it belongs in the mountains. He was always available to help out, quick to respond, and made sure everything was just right. Another highlight was the food, by far one of the best we had in all of Georgia. His family was so sweet, always making sure we were comfortable, and they went above and beyond to cater to what we liked. We truly wished we had more time to soak it all in. Highly recommended. ✨

great view towards Ushba! We spend 3 nights there with our 2 sons. We went for Hiking everyday. In the evening we made some campfires in the yard. You just won’t get bored! The only shortage: one needs a car to get to the place, which made the place private on the other hand. Nini who welcomed us was always nice ans helping. Thanks again!

It is a nice, clean cottage in a quite surrounding. We liked it much. Only the kitchen is a little smal for four persons, but we arranged with it.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage very much. Very good for those who want to escape the noisy centre and have a great view on the mountains. Mikheil is very nice and helpful mountaineer.
