We had a very comfortable stay. Jenny was easy to contact and was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very well-equipped and the property felt very safe. The location is very convenient with buses, shops and eateries only 5-10 minutes walk away. Twickenham and Strawberry Hill railway stations are both within easy walking distance as well. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect! Safe car parking and the best place to explore London and any other areas! Bus and train close by! Everything you need at the doorstep. Twickenham In the midst of Historical sites with Hampton Court just 29 minutes away. The unit was clean and comfortable! Arina was amazing and supportive with instructions, and flexible with checking in and checking out! Really excellent, so pleased we saved the best for last!!

Excellent from start to finish. Great communication with really helpful tips on parking . The secure space that came with the property was a major bonus. Very in depth details on how to get to the property, where to park, what to do and see . Could not have asked for more. The place was very airy and spotless. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay here again if in the area.

the place was gorgeous and so well looked after. the location was perfect for us as we had a night out planned just round the corner in Clapham high street which was a 5 minute walk. the communication with the host was always great. and check in and out was a breeze. would 100% stay again and recommend.

Lovely flat located in the centre of Staines close to all amenities and supermarkets, the place was absolutely spotless. The host was very helpful with check in and instructions. Local supermarkets available lidld co op and marks and spence also small Tesco, ten minute walk to station.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great, very close to the station, great Korean restaurants and supermarkets. The flat was clean, easy to access, and exactly what I expected from the images and description. The host was very responsive when I had a very minor technical issue checking out. I would definitely stay again when I'm visiting New Malden.

What a great place , we were travelling all weekend and found this apartment to be ideal very close to the M25 making London centre is very local using the car Or by train but still close to the south coast we travelled to Southampton and Brighton . Very quiet apartments Very secure gated parking with two great cafe’s for breakfast fuel station over the road and super market just down the road ## Exellent Apartments ##

Great place! Clean! Well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine. It included soap and shampoo, dish soap, etc. Felt professional and as in a hotel. Close to good collective communication. Got tips from Diego about the app Citymapper that we used all the time. Indispensable tip! Large grocery store around the corner. Easy check-in/check-out at the nearby store. Quick and helpful host. Great rating!

Loved staying at Avonview apartments in Clapham Junction. 5 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station (National Rail to Waterloo or Victoria or the overground tube), and tons of shops and restaurants close by (everything within 5-10 mins walk). The apartment was very comfortable for my 3 teenagers and me, and had everything we needed. Anton and the team are excellent hosts and very responsive, with lots of local information provided. Would happily stay here again.

Lucy's apartment was absoloutely lovely, beautifully styled & decorated for Christmas. The quality and quantity of groceries to get you started were excellent. The size of all the rooms is very spacious with the 3rd bedroom as expected size. The apartment was also exceptionally clean. The location is excellent with less than 5 minutes walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants, pubs and train station. There is a lovely private garden which was covered in snow while we were there and looked magical. Due to the exceptionally cold snap followed by mild weather there were some plumbing issues which Lucy dealt with immediately sending a plumber to fix in a short time scale after hours. I highly recommend Lucy's apartment! Thank you Lucy!

Rob is the best host! Communication was easy and pleasant, and he was always available and ready to help. The apartment was clean, cosy, and exactly as described. The area is great – quiet, yet with convenient access to transport and major attractions. It’s clear that Rob genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort. I highly recommend him and would gladly stay again!

The pictures do not do justice! For me, it’s just perfect. This property is arguably the best reasonably priced property I’ve stayed at in London. Friendly host with clear information given, great location for walks, purchases or just to hang out, beyond practical amenities, private parking and an amazing view! Almost cancelled my trip but I’m glad I didn’t. I recommend and would always return whenever I visit if available.

I have really enjoyed sharing this house with professionals working in London, all very considerate, clean and tidy. We had a couple of small issues but Zen solved them immediately. The location in zone 3 was very convenient, with buses and tube not far from the house. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to London for work or for pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay here and I would absolutely recommend it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well taken care of, with a beautiful outdoor space and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is great as well, within short walking distance to shops/restaurants and a few different underground lines (including easy access to Heathrow and St. Pancras International). And Serena and Samer are fantastic hosts! Very glad we chose this spot and I hope to be back again in the future.
