Anna responded quickly all weekend. The hot tub was amazing. It was so relaxing. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Anna left some popcorn and face masks for us to enjoy complementary during our stay. The place was a lot bigger and more open/spread out than I was thinking which was amazing and perfect for our family weekend away! We will definitely book here again if we are ever back in town!

Carli’s place was so pretty! Beautiful wooded backyard with privacy yet very close to downtown Duluth. The home was pristine clean which is a huge thing for us and it was fully stocked with the basics. They didn’t skimp on any details! In addition, she responded very quickly with all communication. Highly recommend!

Wow - this place was incredible. Arriving to sit in the hot tub while it was snowing, spending time with friends in the game garage, hanging by the fire with an old fashioned…it was the perfect winter getaway. I wish I could live here 😅

The house was beautiful and spacious for 4 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids 10 and under. There was plenty to do for all the ages. The trails around the property were great and clear even with major snow drifts and wind covering footprints. There were sleds and snowshoes and a great sledding hill. The seating in the common areas was nice for a group and the fireplace was a nice feature we all enjoyed. The kitchen had everything needed, which was great! Brandon was a friendly and helpful host.

The photos don’t do this location justice! The accommodations were top notch, and Jeanne makes you feel like family! Worth every penny! Will be back again to show more friends and family this amazing place!

The house was warm and cozy. Lindsey was quick to respond to inquiries. I requested an extra blanket and we got it right away (definitely in time for bed). She was very communicative about entering the space, which is a little difficult (not bad but make sure you’re good with stairs) and made as easy as possible with her guidance and photos. Winter in Duluth is a delight and this home embraces it nicely.

Jennifer was a great host. I was looking for a nice place to relax. Her home is very welcoming and cozy. just what I was looking for. I would definitely stay again!

One of the best vacations we had!! Everything was accurate and clear instructions made everything a breeze. Great surroundings and plenty to do at this place. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pellet stove was one of our favorites! Hoping to come back soon!

Jeff was very accommodating with any of our needs/requests, and the location was perfect for our trip requirements. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you may wish to do during your stay as well, removing the need to go out to eat if you wish to. My familey and I look forward to another stay here everytime we will be visiting in the area in the future!

We loved staying at Samantha's property. Communication was great, the cabin was clean and super cozy and had everything that we needed. This is a little gem up north and we would love to stay here again. The lake is beautiful and the rental comes with kayaks and other water toys. We kayaked to the local restaurant which was easy to get to and a very pretty, short paddle away. We loved sitting by the fire and they had ample firewood provided. Can't say enough about the experience!

The Bunkhouse exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and clean. We enjoyed being right on the lake, walking in the woods, a warm campfire, and the sauna! The internet allowed us to stream a Lynx basketball game, the porch offered quiet reading space, and the pullout sofa afforded restful sleep. Our old dog loved the calm outdoors and “Back 40”. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay, the cabin was so cozy with the fireplace and so many windows overlooking the beautiful and very private property. They were so kind and easy to communicate with. We are booking a summer stay now! Thank you!

We always feel so incredibly fortunate to get to stay at Brandi’s cabin on the flowage. It is a peace we look forward to enjoying a few times a year. The blue jays filled the lines and the swans kept in search of open water. It was perfection! Peaceful even amidst the hurry of the holidays. Cannot wait to return ♥️🌲

Had a great stay! Beautiful location with fantastic unobstructed views of the lake. Place is spacious private and very clean. The team was super responsive and addressed any issues and questions we had in a timely manor. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Staying at Kevin’s cabin was truly the cherry on top of my incredible trip to Iron River. Gorgeous views, plenty of parking for truck and sled dog trailer, adjacent to what is now one of my favorite restaurants, and very helpful host. I would hope to stay here again next winter!

Was a nice quiet place. Cozy to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Electric fireplace in the living room was nice. There was coffee and some snacks that were a nice touch of hospitality. Excellent communication. Accommodated an early check in so we could make it to a favorite restaurant. Thank you for the stay!

We loved staying at Jennifer’s place! It was clean and cozy. Perfect for a snowy Wisconsin day. Thanks to the snow, we were also able to snow shoe on the path next door, which was such an amazing blessing.

Brilee was such a kind host! Her house is beautiful and such a cozy space to spend time with family. We were able to bring our dog with us so we got to enjoy the space with all our family members! 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would stay here again

Five friends had a great stay at The Trailhouse. We spent time at an event in Duluth, then explored Duluth and visited the lake. The house was a convenient drive to everything we wanted to do. Matthew was very responsive if we had questions. Everything was clean. Big functional kitchen, open to the dining and living room. Take the scenic drive from I35 on 210, if you can. It was beautiful.

This is a cozy comfy place to stay for up north winter adventuring! We felt welcome and right at home. It snowed during our stay. It was very pretty and we were warm and cozy inside with plenty of heat and a fireplace. There were plenty of blankets and beds for our six guests. The kitchen has everything we needed including coffee! Which we had forgotten. There is plenty of plates, cups and mugs for everyone. The fridge is huge! Very helpful. We’d love to come back next year!

Iver's Place was very clean, easy to find, and private. Place is just as advertised and appears newly updated.

Fantastic option for fall/spring steelhead fishing. We loved the place. Incredibly tidy and clean. Great amenities. We can't wait to be back!
