Condo vacation rentals in Sunrise

Peter’s condo was beautiful, one of our favorite airbnb’s, great security, close to the broadwalk by the beach, many restaurants nearby, and the check-in process was well detailed. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was good and for the most part what was illustrated online. Hopefully this is constructive for the owner and helpful as the investment is minimal. Review is direct and hopefully not for public view….owner make the quick shift for a big ++ Master lights did not work/ bulbs were out in main room Master toilet had plumbing issues/ running & aggressive plumbing backdraw (probably on the building). Go there and flush a few times. Seems like the toilet will explode after 20 min Dish washer had mold so washed everything by hand. This needs an overhaul Water pressure in master sink and kitchen sink were low to non existent Master bedroom just needs a new shower head with dialed in pressure Thanks ago for the rental and overall apartment experience was great

We already knew the complex which is very well located and has very good access to the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities. It has a great ocean view. In addition to complying with everything we had been informed they welcomed us with fruits, mineral water, sodas and even a welcome champagne. The beds are very comfortable. We also highlight the immediate attention of Estilita when we need to consult something. We are very satisfied with the stay, we recommend it and we would definitely come back.

My family of five had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. Lorena provided all the items needed to go to the beach. Which was great! Hollywood beach is about 2 miles away. Great location!

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

At first look the building looked like it was frozen in time from the 70's. But the place was located perfectly in between restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. Location, location, location. coming back next year

The place is amazing ! Great location and the unit itself is on the same floor as the private pool just done the hall. Very convenient We had a wonderful time and look forward to booking with Salil in the future Kevin and Jeni

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

We have used this property a number of time. The property is always clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The property is in a quiet zone with multiple restaurants and shopping nearby, All of this made our 3 week stay more enjoyable. Would recommend it.

This was a well-kept, nice place that is a condo but quiet enough not to bother me during my stay in terms of road and neighbor noise. When it rains, the skylight is loud. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. I stayed for a month by myself, but I think that more than one person staying here might be tough because the bedroom is a loft bedroom and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and were ripped on the corners because of it when I got there. A few of the kitchen bar stool chairs needed fixing. But overall I was very happy with my stay here, it had everything that I needed.

Place looked just like the pictures. Great area, walk to beach. Close to restaurants and attractions. Very quiet area. Very little traffic on street. No noisy neighbors. Host is very responsive. Great value for a place that is walking distance to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Host communicated well. Airb&b is in a good location- walkable to shuls/chabad, Publix, the beach, etc.

The host was responsive and accommodated an early check-in the day of. The place itself was as pictured, 2 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and had everything for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

Great place with a great location. Not the highest end place overall but perfect for a budgeted vacation or spring break. People in the building were friendly.

Great place to stay near the beach (7min walk) and near a grocery store (10min walk). Includes a dedicated parking spot and private pool. Vickie is friendly, proactive as well as very responsive. One slight flaw was the building manager said there was no crib and high chair upon check in which was a shock as we traveled with a baby. It turned out both were available (as well as some amazing toys); the building manager just needs to be more aware what is in the property, but Vickie smoothened that out.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

Extremely clean, free of clutter The beds and pillows were comfortable. The parking was great, right by the entrance. I would certainly recommend. Fernando and James were very friendly on the phone. When a surprise cold snap hit they provided us with heaters. Who would’ve thought you need heaters in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area?

Dmitry was a very responsive host. Place was consistent with the photos.

There's sooo many good things to say about Tamara's place. Absolutely love the private parking in the back, gives a sense of security. The condo was very spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, banks, the beach and highway. Couldn't ask for a better spot! The host is always responsive and very helpful. Thank you Tamara for being so awesome! :)

Had a very nice week at Tolga’s condo in Pompano. The location is within walking distance to many good restaurants and to the beach. (We walked to the beach every day). Publix grocery store is only a block away. The condo is very spacious and well equipped with kitchen items as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and fresh smelling beach towels. The pool is really nice with lots of lounge chairs to relax on. This area felt like a very safe area to walk around at night too . Tolga was a great host! Definitely will be coming back!

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.
