Holly was such a fantastic host. The place was exactly as described. We needed a place with few steps given my wife's recovery from a leg injury. It was ideal as there was only the step across the threshold to get in. The place was very clean, light, and ideal for our needs. Holly's communication was exemplary, from asking questions in advance of our booking through stay and for checkout instructions. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your property. We look forward to a return trip as we have an embedded reason(s) to come back (grandbabies! ... OK, and our son and daughter-in-law, too!) <3

Judy and Craig are great hosts. Their home looks just like the pictures. Very comfortable furniture that you can cozy into to nap or watch tv. Nice big king size bed with a good mattress. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. If you bake or cook there are pots and pans, measuring cups spoons etc. Every thing you need is in that kitchen. A big plus for us was plenty of towels and wash cloths on hand. The furniture outside was very clean and well maintained. Watching the golfers try to play golf made for some laughs. Very enjoyable. Judy is very responsive to questions and always answers them with a smile in her words (in essence she makes you feel you are important to her). I would recommend her home to anyone considering coming to the area. Thank you Judy and Craig for loaning us your home

Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed there for a month and had a great time. The house is spacious with comfortable furniture. The pool outside was a great place to relax in the hot AZ summer, with weekly pool cleaning service and several pool floats to use.The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. The decor was nice. Because of hot summer, we did not get to enjoy much of the neighborhood amenities like the beautiful golf course, but we enjoyed our short walks on beautifully laid out walkways throughout the neighborhood. Wendy was an awesome host. She was very responsive throughout our stay. This is gated community and we were arriving late, so she sent us the gate key via mail which was very helpful. Overall, highly recommended this place and if we go back, would love to stay there again.

If you are looking for a private, quiet sleeping spot without going the (noisy) hotel route then Mia's place is it. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet for a larger metro area. The place is exactly as her description states and Mia also communicates extra helpful tips to ensure the stay goes smoothly. I would give it three thumbs up but only have two :-)
