Herbert was the best hostwe have ever had. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. When we messaged he was always quick to respond. We needed a few things that were not there but Herbert went and purchased what we needed. His main purpose was to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. What an incredible person he is!! We are from. Canada and he did everything to ensure we could access hockey games and football games! Thanks Herbert from all of us. You are indeed the best!!

Another Great experience in Sun City with a fantastic host !! The location is great, and very convenient access to all the main hubs in AZ. The Home was spacious and comfortable, and will Happily stay here again and again !!

Outstanding home/house, great layout, well maintained. We can't say enough about the wonderful experience of staying at Pete and Kiki's home. The home is very well kept and clean. They thought of everything anybody would need for an enjoyable stay in their home!! We had the chance to meet Pete, he was very inviting, friendly, and all around great guy. Pete asked us if there was anything we needed for our stay and we couldn't think of a thing!! We would highly recommend their BnB when traveling to Arizona. Affordable price too.
