Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Summit County

Chris was a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the dishwasher and he came out himself to try to get it working. He even offered to get a new one installed. We preferred not to be interrupted with an installation crew so managed to get by. The location is fantastic - lots of hiking right out the door. Summit county also has an awesome free bus service so you can get around Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge easy and there are connections to inexpensive shuttles many other places. I loved the location and the month of September was beautiful to see the leaves change.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, very well equipped. Super convenient to town, hiking trails, etc. I stayed for a month and can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time here! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating, also allowing us the option of early check in and late check out. The space was clean and comfortable with so many extra special add ons. Not to mention the location was ideal! Especially if you have children. Thank you for this wonderful stay we are already talking about the next opportunity to come back!

Super close to the shuttle stops to get to the other villages. Beautiful location with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay and had so much fun at Copper Mountain skiing and snowboarding. Perfect spot for a bigger group.

The instructions to get to location and check in were perfect. The place was immaculate, loved that she had cleaning supplies and washing supplies. And I appreciate that these were not generic brands. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well. I travel alone and I felt completely safe and place was perfect for me.. I also loved having washer/dryer in apartment and plenty of towels in bathroom. Thank you! I’m sure I’ll be back!

Great value and location! We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

We stayed here over thanksgiving with a boatload of snow overnight. We were grateful we felt right at home in spite of being snowed in. It was cozy and well stocked. Check in, check out and everything in between was seamless. The hosts were responsive. Being near Interstate exit getting on the road was easy. It is also walking distance from shops and eateries and the Marina. Great location with great views for sure. All of this made our getaway memorable. We would highly recommend Jeff and Heidi’s place.

This condo was perfect for us in many ways. The sound of the river masked the HWY up above, very devine when sitting out on back deck. Comfortable and clean with a fine kitchen with many extras and condiments as we cooked a lot. Beds and pillows are firm but cozy all round with nice linens. The hiking trails nearby are the best and the bus is close to catch to get anywhere. Parking is plentiful and neighbors respectful. A good value all round!

Great unit and great location. Host had terrific communication. Shuttle stop is very handy and short walk to everything downtown. Lots of great places to eat! Unit was nicely equipped. The only thing I’d note is that if you are bringing a really large suv, you probably will need to park in one of the few unreserved spots as the garage is tight and you will obstruct other spots if you park in front of garage.

We had a great stay! And it started with fabulous proactive communication from Ashley. Our arrival date coincided with an incoming snow storm, which Ashley made sure we were aware of. Based on that communication we ended up being able to push up our arrival up by a day which allowed for us to to enjoy the snow without being on the road. When a large power outage happened she kept us informed on potential timing for the return of the power. The place was just as described and had everything we we needed, including challenging puzzles. The location is close enough to the freeway to quickly get to ski resorts and trails and shopping yet away enough to not hear the traffic. Neighborhood seemed super friendly. Our dog appreciated the proximity to trails just across the street. We'd definitely return, if our travels bring us back to that area.

Samantha’s place is wonderful! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook with, the beds are comfy, and overall, it’s such a welcoming space.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmett's home. Plenty of space for 7 guests and perfectly walkable to the main street for dinner/shopping/sledding (Check out the hill at the end of 3rd street! Bought $10 sleds at Walmart down the road). The kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook if we wanted to but skiing wore us out so cooking for breakfast was as far as we got! The host was super responsive and quickly resolved issues, which was only a beeping smoke detector. Handyman was out almost immediately and we had no other problems for the rest of the weekend! We'll be back again for sure! Thanks again!

Huge kitchen with everything you could need. Living room was comfortable and enough seating for our family of eight if we used the extra seating at the dining table to breakfast bar. Enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate us all. Instructions to get in were very easy to follow. Very close to ski hills and lots to do.

Wonderful clean and new space. Responsive owner and well stocked kitchen. Even our massive SUV fits in the garage. No less than 10 options to eat within a 2 minute walk was so nice!

We absolutely loved staying here during our time in Breck! Perfect location - felt private but very walkable to Main Street which was amazing. Lots of natural light on the main level, very clean, great hot tub and outdoor space - would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place! Close to Dillon Amphitheater

We had a fantastic stay at John and Sarah’s place in Breckenridge. The property was clean, spacious, and located near the Quicksilver lift, making it ideal for skiing and snowboarding. The beds were comfortable, and everything was in excellent working condition. It was just the right size for our family of five and conveniently situated behind Main Street, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Very cozy space and a close walk to the ski lodge. I would stay here again.

This was such a great place to spend the weekend! The view is absolutely amazing and the place is very spacious - perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great place to stay in Frisco. Plenty to do in the surrounding area with almost everything walkable. Rooms were nice and neat. Beds were a little bit too firm but that’s just our preference. The place had dated appliances and could have used a bit of maintenance (painting, patching, etc). Overall a great value for the location

The pictures of the view don’t do this place justice! The unit was very spacious and homey. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views. Location is walkable to the amphitheater and the marina. Loved our stay and are already talking about coming back!

We loved staying at Cheyenne’s place! We did the Copper Triangle bike ride and it was a perfect location. The condo was great, with two BIG bath tubs! We used the steam room every day. There is a little coffee/ice cream shop located right outside the front doors. We loved staying here!

Four moms needed a weekend away from Denver, and this penthouse was perfect. Everything we needed for the kitchen/bath/hot tub and pretty views from the main kitchen/living space. Clean, just right for a weekend away and we appreciated being able to park a car in the garage space.

I’m not a skier so I wasn’t there “In season “ but I can’t imagine anyplace else being more comfortable or convenient regardless of the time of year.
