Laurence’s place is lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed taking walks and relaxing, and were very close to all areas of interest. The beds and linens were very comfortable and so was the living room furniture. We especially appreciated having a large dining table to sit down together for a meal. Thank you, Laurence!

This is place is excellent. Lots of room. Comfortable furniture. Great sound with the main TV. Pool is really nice and comfortable to hang at. Best kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed at. All the utensils and pans worked well. Karen and crew made it super easy for us to check in real late and were very helpful when our flight was involuntarily changed while we were there. Also, location, location, location. We went all over, downtown and North Charleston, Folly Beach, John Island. Everything was 15-20 minutes away from the house. We had such an excellent stay.

10 minute walk to Shrem Creek boardwalk. The backyard has the cutest bistro lights and the pool table was a huge hit for our group. The house itself is so funky and has so much personality-especially loved the sinks in the larger rooms. Thanks for everything John!

We were four of us girls - each with a separate bedroom and was pleasantly surprised to have a smart tv in each. I love watching a little tv before bed - so that was nice. Every room had all the necessities, bathroom - with shampoo, soaps etc., kitchen all you needed to cook meals - we made one large meal on one night and it was easy to find everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. I really can't say anything negative about her house and our stay, except it was a bit of a drive to downtown and plantation we visited, but nothing exorbitant and fairly close to airport for one of our group to get picked up. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood, the pool to sit out at and just chat and saving some dollars from being in town. Everyone enjoyed the trip and Renee's home. She definitely goes out of her way to be a great host!

We enjoyed our stay. the place was well appointed and very convenient for walking to King Street. enjoyed several very good neighborhood restaurants, Kultura and Vern's. The AC was making alot of noise but I communicated to the staff and they fixed it the next day.

Megan and Rich were amazing hosts. The house is beautiful. I personally loved the decoration. Everything was organized and clean. The kitchen has absolutely everything one might need and even more. And this was the first airbnb I stayed at that is truly pet-friendly - there’s a crate, bowls, leashes, waste bags, and even specific cleaning products. The area is very walkable, it was quite easy to walk the dogs a couple of times a day. It’s a quiet area but very close to many great restaurants and attractions. The house was also perfect for both of my kids - my 4yo and my 6 month old baby. There was even a pack and play and a booster seat to feed the baby. Rich and Megan were very friendly and were always available. If I go back to Charleston I’m definitely staying there again.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time in Charleston At Fiona’s place. Bed was so comfortable. The decor was fabulous. She provided everything needed amenity wise for a comfortable stay. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay and will provide any recommendations.

Exactly what we needed! Clean, well stocked. I will say the parking is TIGHT! Hard to find a spot on the street so we had to use the designated space, we drove an SUV so getting out was a challenge but we did some laughing! worked out fine. Would stay again! For sure!!

Great location for walking to restaurants, bars, shopping. The place itself is surprisingly quiet and private. There is a cute patio space for outdoor sitting. The ceilings are high and beautiful, with a skylight that allows for a lot of natural light. We appreciate the host for responding quickly to any questions! Thanks :)

This place was clean, cute, and centrally located. We walked everywhere. It was clean and stocked with kitchen basics. A huge bathroom for all the girls to get ready in for a night out. It’s above a restaurant with great coffee! Linens were extremely clean and the beds were comfy. The rooftop was an added bonus!

Beautiful sunsets and natural light. Epic dock. Great proximity to Folly Beach. Loved it all, hope to make it back.

The hosts went out of their way to help us with our questions abt Charleston and needs that had nothing to do with the Airbnb. The apartment was so clean, comfy and private. We walked to the park, Citadel, MUSC Wellness, and even downtown. Though when we went to events or restaurants we drove downtown; parking is ample. We have only marvelous feelings about this Airbnb!!

We had such a great visit! This was exactly what we needed for our weekend away! The place was clean, comfortable and accessible. It was a quiet neighborhood but still within driving distance to things to do! Everything was amazing! Thank you so much!

my family and I had a very positive experience. the out door and indoor spaces were lovely. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near downtown Charleston.

It’s a very charming apartment with a nice view of the sunrise and sunset. the porch is cozy and I felt like I could have hung out in the porch. However, it is a not a destination location, you are not going to walk around the neighborhood. It is a good value for visiting friends in town or surrounding areas - 25 minutes to folly, 15 to upper king.

Great stay on IOP, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, etc. Clean and stocked appropriately. Would stay here again.

My kids and I really enjoyed the stay here! We could walk to restaurants and the view was perfect. This condo was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

First of all, if you are looking to do a photo shoot inside this unit for 'Southern Living' or 'Better Homes and Gardens', go somewhere that will cost you A LOT MORE. If you want to look over the balcony at the ocean and listen to the waves, you've come to the right place. Sure, the place could use some minor caulk and enamel paint on the interior trim and the living and bedroom carpets have some pilled and worn areas. But don't believe Hannah or Anthony or Mary or Forrest. (They must have wanted to stay for free.) The place is super clean and sanitary. If you don't know you have to walk up exterior stairs to the third floor, I can't help you. If the owner (not Adam) wanted to completely renovate the unit, he would have to charge you more. I prefer to rent low or moderately priced units, not the nicest and most expensive unit in the particular area I want to visit. I'm about to run out of characters to type, so I will leave with this. If you can't love this place, I just pity you.

We had the best time at Thomas’s condo. It was clean and exactly as described and shown in photos. Thomas was one of the best hosts I’ve had and went above and beyond with excellent dining and activity recommendations. My only regret is that I didn’t book for longer. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Myra's place is absolutely perfect in every way and we would definitely stay again! She was very prompt in answering all of our questions and even offered helpful suggestions. We enjoyed several meals from the screened porch which overlooked the river. We were so excited to see dolphins from the porch!! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated!! Looking forward to another visit to Folly Beach!!!

This was our first experience staying in a place near the ocean and it was fantastic! The condo was very clean and comfortable for the two of us and the owners were responsive when we did have a question. There are other condos available in this same complex, but I'm glad we picked this one because it is closer to the ocean and the views were fabulous. We would happily book this place again!

Great little beach condo with a covered parking space and easy access to all things Folly beach and Downtown Charleston is not a far drive. Condo was clean and as described and the host provided great instructions. Nothing in the condo was too fussy. Just a nice easy stay. If you’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs like we have, you know what I mean about “fussy”/complicated instructions/stays/parking. Would definitely come back. Very homey and comfortable.

Kimberly's home was perfect for our visit to the Isle of Palms! We love staying at the beach when visiting Charleston (about 25 minutes away) and Kimberly's home was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect to walk to the beach (about 3 blocks away) and also walk to great restaurants and night life. The grocery store is walkable as well, and also a 1 minute drive to pick up everything you need. We are a family of 4 that includes kids age 7 and 3 and Kimberly's home was a great fit for all of us. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony after the kids went to bed. It was decorated beautifully and the bed and pillows in the primary suite are so comfortable! I highly recommend Kimberly's home and we would love to visit again.
