Great location and the house had everything you need for your stay.

We enjoyed a beautiful week on IOP in this house. Spacious and well equipped, we truly could not have asked for more. The kitchen had been recently renovated and was absolutely stunning with everything one could ever need/want in a kitchen. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the grill was not working - I sent a text and within an hour someone was out at the house assessing the problem. And a new grill was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for an amazing stay!

One of the rare abnb that exceeded expectations. It’s a great beach house that was private, quiet, with lots of outdoor space and an awesome view. We would definitely stay there again.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. The condo is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a couple. It was great being able to walk to the bars and restaurants in Folly while being an easy drive to downtown Charleston. We’d happily stay here again.

Great house, close to beach which makes it easy with kids and dog friendly which was perfect with this being our dogs first trip to the beach.

Had a wonderful time on our sister vacation. The house fit us perfectly, great views, cozy and comfortable, lots of places to sit and talk, felt like luxury. The town of Folly Beach was fun to shop and walk and eat. Charleston was an easy drive for a day shopping and eating there. Sunrise or sunset on the beach was only a 2 minute walk. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely book this place for your next getaway!

SPECTACULAR STAY! I wish there was something more profound to say. This was one of the best stays I've experienced. The views at the condo were breathtaking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, very peaceful. The condo was beautifully equipped with everything you could need. The beach area was super clean. The resort was well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Margaret was a top notch host. I miss the IOP already!

Beautiful condo!!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There’s a Jacuzzi in the master bath, and a separate shower. Lynn & Will were wonderful responsive hosts. They provided great recommendations for a special dinner out!

Great spot at Folly! We were looking for a private and quiet spot for a girls weekend and found exactly in this house! Due to our own misreading of the label we thought 4 beds meant 4 bedrooms. Silly! Anyway, all the beds and linens were great and the shared space was PERFECT. Coffee and Pilates and long chats then wine down/wind down evenings. She gave us great instructions and recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Folly Beach condo! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and walking distance to everything we needed, from restaurants to shops. The condo itself was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of five. Everyone had room to spread out and relax, which made our trip so comfortable and easy. And Brooklyn was the absolute best host—super responsive, helpful, and kind from start to finish. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The location was perfectly situated to downtown Folleys as well as the beach. Only a short Uber ride to Charleston. The townhome was perfect for two couples. We would definitely book again in the future.

The location is perfect- just a short walk across the backyard to a beautiful beach. The house accommodated our family reunion (10 people) comfortably. The screen porch overlooking the ocean was a great place for everyone to hang out. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and fun game room on the ground floor.

This is our second time staying at Bob's place and our family loves it. The view of the marsh from the living spaces is such a wonderful part of our enjoyment of the home. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the marsh and water. The bedroom configurations are perfect for our family and the kitchen is well stocked.

Incredible home, Views are Amazing and just a few steps to the beautiful beach. You get to enjoy the home and views of the Ocean from the kitchen, dinning area, Living room, decks and bedrooms. Easy to cook-in and have drinks at the beach home, or go to one of the local restaurants (5-7 min walk). Vacasa was great to work with, easy communication and very helpful. Hope to be back with the family.

We were in Isle of Palms with my daughter and son-in-law (and their pup). Betsy's charming cottage is everything I would want for a beach weekend. Tastefully decorated, cozy, super clean on a quiet, lovely street - and perhaps the most dog-friendly rental ever. The cottage is spacious, and while there were only four of us, there is plenty of room for six adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything we needed to prepare dinner -- it was like being at home. We have rented a lot of properties over the years, and this one did not disappoint. I felt like a guest in Betsy's home -- highly recommend!
