It’s very nice to stay on Sayoko’s place. There are kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, large bathroom with bathup, laundry room. I feel very lucky to stay on Sayoko’s place. It’s 10-15 minutes walk from Osaki Station (Yamanote Line) which is the most touristic line to Shibuya, Shinjuku & Tokyo.

Max really great host and I enjoyed stay there. Very near the station and Komagome Station is part of Yamanote line like basically you can go anywhere easy and effortlessly

He was a very kind host. It was clean, and the thoughtful consideration stood out.

I had a pleasant stay with 6 family members including babies ~ It was a place with good cleanliness and thoughtful consideration.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

We’re very happy that we stayed in Max’s place. Its a very cozy home eventho its quite a walk from the train station. Slept like a log through the night. Definitely will come again!

Stayed one night with family of 5people. Very clean and convenient place to go anywhere esp. central Asakusa. Convenience store near by with 1min.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and bnbs but this was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. The location was right next to the Mita Line which made getting to other lines very accessible. The staff were really nice but especially Akaya who was so lovely. She gave us great location recommendations after I mentioned that I was in search of Sonny Angels. They also gave us a little gift during our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

It was so nice to travel with my child and a family of four. Elevator, washing machine, dryer, toothbrush You can think of it as a regular unmanned hotel. It wasn't long, so it was pleasant. 7-Eleven right in front It was comfortable because it was comfortable. It was inevitable that luggage could not be stored, so that was a pity compared to a hotel. I want to come back.

The room was very nice and spacious, I was not too much of a fan of the steps getting inside though. Overall a very nice place.

We stayed with 6 people and it was a big enough space for more people to stay. There were a lot of toilets and bathrooms, so there was no inconvenience for many people to wash, and the shower was warm enough. There was a Jr line nearby, so transportation was convenient, and Don Quijote was charming, which was small but useful. If you go to Tokyo with a lot of companions next time, it's definitely worth using again.

It was a lovely spacious stay, Sakura is fast to respond to needs. It was nice receiving a welcome gift . Definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience, clean room, paid parking and convenience store nearby.It is also very convenient to go to Tokyo city for about half an hour by car, it is highly recommended to stay.
