Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sumida City

Of all the Airbnbs I've used in my life was the nicest I've ever stayed at, everything was perfect and they were too friendly all the time

lovely place to stay at, very clear instructions and homely decor.

Spent 3 weeks here and everything went smoothly!

I booked for Suginami-ku but since it was unavailable, she offered me another place, located in Azabujuban. The best part for me: the trainstation was only 1 minute away and restaurants in the near. Taise was very helpful and friendly. I had a really good time in Azabujuban.

Kako and Keiko’s family has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The district is a couple station away from shibuya center while being exceptionally calm day and night. If you’re looking for a more personal experience than a hotel, I would highly recommend you consider this location. Thanks again for this memorable week.

Second time staying at Jason's place, and it was as great as the first.

I stayed for a full week in this house, and really had nothing to report. It's run by a really nice couple, everything is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a lot of traffic in front of the house but the windows are soundproofed. I really recommend this place.

Natsuko and Kei are wonderful hosts! When we arrived, they immediately made us feel welcome and explained how to use the bath (there were a few buttons that control heat in Japanese but are clearly labelled), where we could store luggage and food items, and the shared areas of the house. There are 3 levels and 2 sets of stairs so do keep that in mind if you have mobility requirements. The ground level has the shared bathroom and luggage area, the 1st floor has the kitchen and lounge, and the second floor where the bedrooms are. This was comfortable for us as 2 adults and an 11 year old - there is a heater/AC in the bedroom. In our case, we loved staying with a family (they have 2 young children) and chatting about adventures over a cup of tea before going to bed. If you prefer to keep to yourselves, Natsuko and Kei are very mindful and will also give you space. It's near a shopping centre so grocery store and konbini are nearby. If we return to Tokyo, we will be back!

Very easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland on the bus!

Asama was the kindest airbnb host who was super helpful and efficient. She was kind enough to make me breakfast one of the days of my stay. Besides being kind the accommodation itself was in a quieter part of Ikebukero so it was a bit further but the space was clean and there was enough space for one. If you plan on traveling to Tokyo, I definitely recommend this cozy spot.

Great location, with a quiet neighborhood, lots of convenience stores and easy access to public transportation. Wonderful apartment with everything you need!

A cute and great place to stay. Toilet is abit small but still workable and clean! Was able to open two big luggages in the room (if you Tetris it enough). Walkable distance to nearest station for DisneySea, but can be tiring after finishing a day of DisneySea and walking back from the station :’) nevertheless was a great place to stay!

Excellent location, it is close to the shin-okubo station that takes you everywhere. The place is small but comfortable for two people. Best place you can find in Tokyo if your idea is to explore the city. Recommended

This is our second time staying at one of Machiko's places and there's a reason we came back! The location is perfect if you plan on visiting tokyo disney and the decor of the home itself is on theme. The place is very clean, quiet and cozy! We would and will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.

Location was superb, several bus stops from Disneyland/Disneysea with a 24hrs mart and konbini right opposite of the apartment. Loved the extra touch of Disney decor in the room which made it feel extra homey. To all potential guests: do yourself a favour and book this quick for your visit to Tokyo Disneyland/Disneysea. You won’t regret it. Thank you Machiko for the amazing hospitality though the check-in instructions and reminders can be sent less frequently. Appreciate it :)

Mom and i had the best Disney exp in Japan. I think being just a bus ride (about 5 to 10 min) away from Disneyland/Sea is a big factor. We ate at the nearby Mcdonalds before heading to Disney. There are restaurants too where we ate dinner. A convenience store is also accessible. Location is very good for travelers. This Airbnb is self check in. I was worried at first bec we will be arriving a little late in the evening. Thank God that we got the right trains and bus. I studied its location in advance so it helped a lot. No problem in locating it. The room is pretty basic but clean. Got all we need. No complaints.

Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

The room and bathroom were very clean and I stayed comfortably. There were many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores around the nearest station, and the road from the station to the place was easy to understand and flat, and there was no problem with moving with luggage. Thank you to the host, Motoko, for being so kind and polite. The breakfast every morning was also delicious.Thank you!

So nice, very helpful they helped us with food recommendations everything was labeled and a delicious breakfast was waiting for us every morning they were very kind and the location was perfect as the metro goes into the city but it was in a nice secluded area it was such a beautiful clean quiet area and they made us feel at home and were helpful in any way they could be going above and beyond highly recommend
