One bedroom loft over two car garage with large living area . Only one bay of garage is available to renters this is where washer and dryer are located and a game room with bar table and dart board . Bedroom has king size bed .Full bathroom with extra wash cloths and towels. Fully stocked kitchen with wine and coffee bar . Close to all tri cities area. Close to Riverfront park and greenbelt where you can bike or walk . Covered deck on back of loft has gas grill, gas fire pit, bistro table .

This cozy little hidden gem is conveniently located near all the attractions Bristol has to offer with all the comforts of home! Down town Bristol is just an easy 10 minute drive. The Bristol motor speedway is also 10 minutes and the famous South Holston river is one the the premier trout fishing destinations is the country. There is easy access to the Appalachian Trail and many bike trails in the area. There are tons of restaurants near by. Hope to see you soon!
