Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sullivan County

Best AirBNB experience ever! We felt so at home in this beautiful, peaceful place. All the sofas and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The den was our favorite family gathering area during our stay - perfect for a family movie night or for the kids to play. Dr. Dan was a wonderful host, quick to respond to questions and proactive in helping us get settled and enjoy our stay. We would love to come again!

The house is really convenient to Bristol activities and has easy access. Very comfortable beds with lots of space including a family room plus a living room. The sunroom was our favorite area off the family room and we made good use of it for visiting and relaxing. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and had beautiful flower beds in bloom that lasted our full stay until a light snow took them out our last day. Teresa, our host was very proactive in contacting us, responsive to our questions and had good suggestions for things to do. We made good use of the kitchen for an early family Thanksgiving. Check out Bristol Caverns not far away for a quick outdoor activity.

Las minute work trip to lake Abingdon. My boyfriend loved the crisp cool mornings surrounded by the trees. The house was beautiful & very peaceful. Thank you Randy for having your home available!

Cobbler’s Cottage was wonderful for us! It was in a great location, clean, quiet and we all felt very safe. We were visiting family in the area and brought our dog. We loved the fenced in back yard and close proximity to Warrior’s State Park. Everything we needed was there and in close proximity to many things! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was great. Easy to find. Clean and feels like home and being away for work and coming home to a beautiful home was really nice. The wife and kids loved the woods behind and the neighborhood was really quiet.

This place was so comfortable and clean! It had a cozy feel and was so close to all of the restaurants, downtown, and the casino. Next time we are staying In the Bristol area we will look into staying here again!

This was my first time staying at an Air BNB, I gave used Vrbo in the past, but I looked on AirBNB for this trip and found this location. I can’t describe how wonderful it was, every detail was considered, extra blankets, plenty of linens, disposable plates and cups…. And everything is labeled! No turning on 12 lights to find the right one! And really nice personal touches, a personal message on a white board, chilled bottled water, mints, popcorn….. and we were able to meet the hosts, and they were so incredibly nice, and welcoming. We really hope to come back and stay again soon. Thank you so much for making our first experience a great one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leann and her husband were very friendly and responsive. Their rental was clean, comfortable and cozy. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus! I love having less laundry to do when I get back home:) Quiet neighborhood which appeared to be great for evening walks. They mentioned in their information binder that they plan on adding even more conveniences for renters. Hope to come back again to see what they have in mind😁 We would definitely stay at their place again!

We loved staying at the cozy basement cottage! We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area. I cannot say enough good things about this space. It was everything we hoped it would be and more!

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting my mother and sister. Clean, comfortable, and the location was great for us. The beds were so very comfortable! We will definitely be back :-)

This place is beautiful!! We were greeted at check in (which we made last minutes plans) they were super nice. There was no detail left unthought of! The decor was perfect. They had everything we didn’t even think of makeup wipes, q tips, bottled water and popcorn for us! It was a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the lake was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there and we hope to again one day!

A wonderful and peaceful stay Eugene. Paula and i take an annual trip each year for some excellent music and down time. Summit View does not disappoint 👏
