Monthly Rentals in Sullivan County

The house was perfect! Clean and well appointed. We loved all the games. The nearby town of Newport has a good grocery store (Shaw's). The house is an 15 minute drive from Mount Sunapee. If it's snowing or dark outside, use the main road (103) from Newport; don't follow GPS which takes you via Bradford Road which is a shortcut that I would use if driving conditions are good. We hope to come back.

Our 3 week stay at “The Nest” was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had! Julia and Dave were fantastic hosts who have created a space filled with extra details to make your stay exceptional! The space was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication was always friendly, helpful, and proactive. The location was perfect for local activities as well as more extensive day trips in New Hampshire. We highly recommend “The Nest” and would absolutely want to stay again when back in the area! I’ve stayed at Alissa’s places before. This was the first time at this one and it was the same great experience. Location has easy access to highways and amenities. It was quiet, even with the occasional plow. Thanks Alissa! As always, it was great!

I never write reviews for anything online but feel obligated to write one for Frankie's immaculate property. We recently stayed at Frankie's Airbnb for 2 nights over President's Day weekend and could not have been happier with our experience. The house was easy to find, beyond clean and provided all of the privacy, relaxation and essentials that one could hope for on a weekend away. Small details like dog treats, farm fresh eggs and little animal-themed slippers for our 1-year-old elevated our experience beyond our expectations. Our 1-year-old loved exploring the farm throughout the day and saying hi to his new animal friends every few hours. I was a bit hesitant to book at first but then read a previous review that said "Don't think about it. Just book". I give the same advice to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away with the family. You will not regret it. Frankie has a beautiful property, and we can't wait to go back.
