There are beautiful live oaks on the property and 3 private parking spaces for you and some first-come-first-serve street parking in front of the house. Enjoy the beach at our Willoughby Spit beach house. Located across the street from the beach and only 1/2 block to the beach access. You will have the entire house & property for you and your family - no shared walls, no assigned parking spaces, no shared washer and dryer. We have three outside decks for grilling and relaxing with family and friends. Our kitchen is fully stocked including KitchenAid mixer and food processor, Ninja blender, Crock pots, coffee maker, toaster and waffle maker.

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!!
