Great location , bright and spacious apartment . Very clean and easy instructions for entry & parking ! All in all , a solid apartment for a stay away from home .

I enjoyed my stay. Only word of caution for other winter guests - driveway icy and sloped, so a bit tricky this time of year.

Ben was very accommodating. I was supposed to travel there during a nasty snowstorm and contacted Ben to see if it was possible to check in a little early so I could beat most of the bad weather. He took some stress away by allowing me to check in a little early. Thanks again, Ben! Our stay was just what we needed. Although it was too cold and windy to get out on the lake, we stayed warm and cozy inside. We loved the fireplace and cozy sitting area for watching a movie and reading on a lazy afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed, including the fabulous espresso maker complete with coffee capsules and raw sugar. My favourite feature was the deep clawfoot tub. What a great way to relax on a cold winter day! Getting out of the tub onto the heated bathroom floor was nice too. (The rest of the floors get cold so bring something to wear on your feet.) A stone's throw from Hwy. 17, this would be a great place for those travelling to stop, or for anyone wanting a nice getaway.
