Monthly Rentals in Suculum, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Eric has been very nice, friendly and helpfull. The appartment js clean with everything you can need especially in the kitchen. We appreciated the opportunity to use the rooftop which is nicely set and comfortable to enjoy the view and fresh air. We would definitely come back!

The flat is very nice, sunny in the morning and with beautiful view. Bedrooms are small, but enough. You can hear many neighbours from the other flats, but it makes the stay authenticaly spanish :) I wouldnt change for any hotel. What could be better, are the pans for frying. It was impossible to not burn almost everything on them. But these are small things. The flat has a really nice vibe. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

A pretty little apartment in a nice suburb of San Andrés. Great roof terrace, very comfortable bed, wonderfully quiet at night. It has everything you need for cooking. Not far to the beach and beautiful paths to the mountains.

We stayed in Noemi's apartment for 4 weeks and it was very relaxing and pleasant. However, the small settlement is not in the center of San Andres and you have to go up a small mountain and then another 60 steps to the apartment. The apartment is small, functional and very well maintained. However, we always heard the directly adjacent neighbor when she woke up at 6:30 AM and began talking to herself. But it wasn't too unpleasant. What we missed a little was a slightly more extensive kitchen equipment with dishes and pots etc. and a washing machine. It would also be great if there were a few loungers and a table on the terrace upstairs, which is accessible to everyone. There is the only wonderful view of the bay and surroundings and we would certainly have stayed there longer if there had been some furniture. Communication with Noemi was smooth and pleasant. We can definitely recommend this place
