Monthly Rentals in Stratham

A last minute booking to meet with my sister traveling for work ended up with the most wonderful stay. The stay at word barn came with everything we needed plus surprise farm fresh eggs. The word barn hosts events and concerts and we were lucky enough to stumble into an evening performance that we could enjoy from our space as well as attend as guests of the hosts. What a treat! The word barn was pet friendly and Katie enjoyed the lower level area as she wasn’t brave enough to ascend the beautiful spiral stair addition. Chatting with the hosts and throughout the stay we really felt the hospitality was exceptional with VIP treatment.

We had an amazing weekend in New Hampshire staying in Wolfgang's home! Not only were the rooms clean and beautiful, but there were snacks and drinks generously gifted by our host. Wolfgang was very responsive to texts and was flexible when we needed to check in early. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Its a home away from home. Love the privacy, the cleanliness, the quiet, the kitchen. Deb is a fantastic host. She seems like a natural at hosting the apartment. And the scones.......!!!!

This is a beautiful old house and maintained in excellent condition. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable and with plenty of pillows. Every bedroom has a full bathroom and the bathrooms are quite modern and well maintained. We stayed with two large dogs and the owner was super welcoming to animals. We enjoyed saying hello to the horses, llamas and chickens in the morning! This property is close to UNH - we were visiting our son for the long weekend, close to Portsmouth and to multiple parks and trails. We did two great hikes, one in Stratham Hill Park and the other on in Oakland Town Forest - both pretty close. Thank you Torie for a great stay!
