House vacation rentals in Stinica

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

We loved staying at this place. Everything was exactly as described. Pool was great and clean. We have never stayed at a house this beautiful and clean! The house is absolutely gorgeous!

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

The apartment is simply fantastically located and top modernly furnished. Everything is new. A clothesline is stretched in the back garden. The pool is not too deep and big enough to swim a few laps. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite close to the street, so you can hear a car every now and then when you are by the pool. Maybe you could plant a few hedges here. The house is so new that it is unfortunately not yet drawn on Google Maps/satellite. But due to the beautiful blue shutters it is easy to find n.

Lovely little house, in a modern style, very well equipped. Great location, big backyard with parking. A large shaded patio is also a huge plus. We are very happy with your stay. The only problem was checking in. I believe the contact number should be provided right away at the time of booking.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. The house is beautiful, it matches the published photos, but live is even more beautiful. We found it very clean, and really super equipped, from the robot vacuum cleaner to all the possible utensils for the kitchen, many dishes, cups, glasses, knives of all kinds, there is even the capuccinator. The hot tub is wonderful. The location is really great to reach all the beaches of the island in a short time. A 5’ drive away there are many very well-stocked supermarkets. Thomas from the real estate agency is very kind and really helpful, and the owner is the same. Really a 5-star stay! Really a stay

We’ve had a wonderful vacation thanks to you Julien’s place! It was super nice and clean with the terras and the sea on “rock throwing distance” (its a Dutch saying) Julien is a quick responding helpful host. Definitely would recommend!

We were here with the whole family and everyone was happy and satisfied. It is a very nice house where the children are offered a lot of activities. It wasn't boring for a second. The chickens did not disturb but were welcome guests. Sandra was always available for questions and gave us great tips. The location is more than optimal. No matter which direction, everything is quickly accessible and there is a lot to do everywhere. All in all: a clear recommendation.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be! The tiny house (on a large property on the outskirts) has everything you need. It is loving, modern and also practically furnished! As soon as you enter the property, you are enchanted by lavender scent, olive trees and herbs provide a Mediterranean flair. We enjoyed having breakfast on the covered terrace in the morning, relaxing loungers and hanging chairs invite you to relax. We also liked to use the existing barbecue! Conclusion: we (and also our dog) felt completely comfortable! The only downside: we were on vacation here in the low season, which means that both the local bakery, as well as cafes and most restaurants have already closed. So you have to drive a bit to find great restaurant where you can have a dignity. If you are satisfied with snacks and snacks, you will find various possibilities near the beach. We will definitely come back, but then 2-3 weeks earlier!

We stayed at Damir and his family's house for a week in mid-September. Although the hosts live above, you can enjoy total privacy and tranquility. The house is very clean and the garden as well as the pool are also very well maintained. There were pancakes to welcome us and Damir was always available for questions throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we had some bad weather, but got new firewood for Damir's fireplace every day. The place is definitely a place to relax and we can wholeheartedly recommend it.

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Lovely, convenient apartment, walking distance from city center, matches pictures and description. Has everything you might need during your stay in Zadar. Very friendly and responsive host and also her parents. Overall great place! :)

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

The stay in the house was very pleasant. Great terraces, bathing ladder and outdoor shower. Two bedrooms and the large living room have air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We were greeted with a delicious strudel by Luka's mother and "saying goodbye" with delicious crepes. There is a good fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All in all a good place to stay. We felt very comfortable.

We had two great weeks at Neven's place. He and his family are very hospitable and both the house and the pool are even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was very clean. Neven came by every few days to clean the pool. Communication with him was very warm. He speaks very good English, so communication was easily possible. He has already given us many tips for excursions, beautiful beaches, restaurants and the like. Also in the house was a folder with information materials for various activities in the area. Marčana itself is a small place that is inland as a starting point for excursions in Istria. However, you can drive about 15 minutes to the nearest beaches. We can warmly recommend the house and Neven.

We had an organization crew of global sport event with 15-20 people to systemize, and Bojan's place was just what we needed! The location is just outside the Krk town so it's extremely quiet and convinient for many people to use it in the same time, regarding to lots of parking places, lots of beds to sleep in in the different locations of the property like backup houses, tents in the forest and alike. The best stuff around this place is that it has lots of toys included in price like sauna, jacuzzi, motor bikes, bikes, outdoor gym with equipment and weights and indoor gym with mats for stretching or group sessions, not to mention that proffesional kitchen with cook available to us every day was very very convinient. All in all, would recommend this property for everyone looking for not-everyday and special environment accommodation! 5 stars!
