Abdul and his wife are simply amazing! Their hospitality is unmatched! They are very responsive and accommodating. They showed us around the building on arrival and made sure we had what we needed to have a great stay. The apartment is as pictured. It is in a very walkable area -we walked to V&A waterfront, clicks is across the street from the building as well. If you like Food Lovers, it's in the building. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. If you are in need of anything just reach out to Abdul or his wife and they will make sure you are accommodated. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We lived in this wonderful apartment for more than a month and felt absolutely at home! It was me & my girlfriend and despite the fact that the area is not considered the safest, we felt safe here. There is security on the ground floor, closed parking, we often walked during the day to the Woolworths grocery store and back and even to the Waterfront area along a safe route. Waking up and falling asleep with a view of the main mountains of the city is a real blessing! ❤️ The apartment has everything you need for life, we worked remotely, so fast Internet also saved us. Also i want to note the hospitality and quick responses of the owners of the apartment, they even provided us with a comfortable check-out which deserve special thanks! I definitely recommend this place for short or long term staying 🫶

It was a very special place, loved the architecture and design. It’s in a historical complex and it has a special atmosphere. Very safe, friendly guards, great value for having gym and pool included, didn’t need the parking. And it’s right in the center, very lively neighborhood, we loved it.

The place is peaceful and cozy. Was in Cape Town for a work, but we'll look forward to knock off time just to go and relax in the airbnb.

The place is so beautifully decorated and the location is nestled away so nicely you forget that you are close to a mall or highway. Will definitely try to come again.

We enjoyed our stay at 1903. The apartment was modern and was in walking distance to Greenpoint, the V and A Waterfront, and the Company Gardens. It was a good location if you are a runner with quick access to the promenade via Somerset Rd, past Green Point or the V & A.

We were on a business trip and it worked out better than hotel.

Nicole was a fantastic host and we were very appreciative of her communication from before check-in, throughout our stay, and checkout. When there was a water issue in the building (not the host's fault at all), she was incredibly proactive in sending updates on the service status and checking in. The flat was a beautiful space and fully equipped, just as pictured in the photos, and my husband and I were able to work remote very comfortably with very fast WiFi. The secure parking and building were a plus, and the surrounding blocks had a lot of great restaurants (it felt safe and walkable in the surrounding blocks). There was also a great nail salon next door! :)

The stay was top notch. Unfortunately, I was only one night to arrange the bags for the next stage of the trip, but the apartment is very cozy and beautiful. The view from the pool to the table mountain is to drop the cheese! We had great service from our host!

Beautiful apartment in central Cape Town with incredible views! Marius and the team were very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. The apartment was very clean and had all you needed for a pleasant stay. The building is secure and is a short walk or uber to the attractions that Cape Town has to offer. Sadly, I didn't get the chance to use the pool and bar area but they looked great! I would definitely stay again if back in Cape Town.

I had the most fantastic 2 week stay at this property in the hills above Stellenbosch. The house is stunning and kept immaculately. Superb range of amenities in the house and a very homely and comfortable feel. Blissfully quiet and yet very accessible to the charming town as well. The host is incredible welcoming and ensured we were getting the best out of our stay. I would 100% return.

Antonie and Razon's place was a sweet setting for a week-long stay in Cape Town. My favorite part of the space was the freestanding bathtub! If you're seeking conveniently located accommodations that are also comfortable and airy, I'd recommend it.

Bianca’s place is everything described on the listing and more. The lovely view of the lake outside the patio with birds chirping was so relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be visiting again and again.

The house was very stylishly furnished. You could retreat comfortably in all areas of the house. The large kitchen invites you to cook and is particularly suitable for several people. The garden is small but very nice. There is everything from a great pool to a braai area. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were also very nice and clean. The hostess, Chanel, also always answered our questions quickly. Even though we didn't see her in person, she was very friendly and personable. We would definitely come back again!

This is our second, stay at Caryn and Gershon’s place. As always, the place was very neat and clean, and we were accommodated with an early check in. We had a wonderful stay as expected and our host as always was there to help and accommodate. This is a must stay in Cape Town ! Thank you Caryn and Gershon you have a beautiful place !

We spent a month in this airbnb with our daughter. It was really great. We felt very much at home. Everything had been thought of and everything was perfect. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and clean. Wonderful beds, good shower and bath, beautiful kitchen with everything you need (and more!). The location is also nice. Safe and quiet. Close to all kinds of nice places! We almost didn't want to leave, we had such a great time. Would recommend it to everyone.
