I stayed for 3 weeks at Studio Cais Embarcadero. Very functional Studio, has everything that the person needs to stay with quality and comfort, host Cecilia very willing and friendly, always willing to help, has air conditioning, sofa bed, reserve towels, coffee maker, fridge, cooktop induction, induction, finally it is the same as the photos and has all the convenience for those who want to stay for a shorter period or even for a few weeks as I did. The washing machine was also very useful for my stay, there is a floor clothes to dry the clothes. Right in front of the Embarcadero pier and waterfront, the street is also always quite busy and at no time did I feel the feeling of insecurity. If you need it again I'll come back for sure!

The apartment is very complete, very well located, has all the kitchen utensils necessary for everyday use (including BBQ skewers), spacious spaces, good bathrooms, garage and view of the square and the sea. Communication with Andrea was always very easy, was all the time available and was extremely kind and solicitous with us. It is a great option in Capão da Canoa.

The stay was wonderful, we were very welcome, the house very clean and smelling, well boulevard, spacious and cozy. We enjoy a house in perfect condition, many crazy available, bedding, barbecue. In the end, just arrive and stay. We will come back more often.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was according to the photos and description. The host asks a lot and is available. The house is in a very clean, organized and safe condominium. It has a swimming pool, lake, playground, fitness center and a 24hr market. Town on Saturday night had a live song and food trucks. We recommend and would come back for sure.

Pity is the streets( which has nothing to do with the hosts, a lot of pozo). Otherwise great hosts and attentive to everything you needed

We were very well received by Artur's parents, Alex and Regina who are very kind and friendly. We passed the instructions we needed. The apartment was very clean and smelly. It was well as we expected from the photos we saw. The sea view is great, just open the apto's door, and just cross the Avenue and it's on the beach. Great benefit cost and we didn't get any unpleasant surprises. The building is a family-friendly and quiet environment. It was always possible to park in the building's parking lot. There are restaurants nearby you can walk and in the center TBM we were walking. We thought everything was great.

Amamos the town is close to everything market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants including everything accessible on foot and the beach less than 1 block away. The window view from the direct to the sea. Everything was just as listed, kind host, and the lady who hands over the very helpful keys. We will definitely come back more often.

Our stadia in the apartment was excellent. The condominium has a great leisure option with pool and restaurant and very comfortable apartment. Rosana was a great host gave us all the instructions prior to arrival and when we need to ask questions. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
