The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. Extremely cozy, welcoming snacks, kitchen with household cooking utensils, large refrigerator, room with charming decor, spacious wardrobe and the best one is in the heart of Bom Fim. You can do everything on foot: it has a notary, supermarket, cafeteria, restaurant, cafeterias, shops and everything we need for everyday life. For those who work, it is perfect to have everything within reach and for those who want to go to the show at Araújo Viana, it is two blocks from the place, very close! Marcelo is very attentive and answers all the messages. Um amor the host! Super recommend the spot! Best neighborhood in POA. The Redemption Park is right in front to enjoy the Brique da Redenção over the weekend. Great!

We were in a family of 5 people and our stay at Daniela's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, true to the photos and with everything we needed. The building is secure and very well located. Daniela was extremely kind, made all the information very clear, and promptly responded to our demands. It's certainly a place I recommend and we'll stay at other times!

Couldn't have picked a better place. I performed surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The building's restaurant is a plus when you can't go anywhere else, home-made food, extremely tasty. We love our stay for almost 3 months. The apartment is new, well-equipped, the condominium market is very practical, very complete gym, is well located and with a nice little bag. Cláudio is super attentive.

We love the experience of staying in a condo house with the family. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and located in the condominium. We will return, for sure, now in search of warmer days to enjoy the beach and pool more.

Renato is very kind and request. The house is comfortable, the photos describe the property well. It has a nearby market, 2 min walk, and is 6 min drive from the center of Três Coroas, where you can find good restaurants, pharmacies and markets.

It was a great stay! Everything clean, organized. Very good house. A point of attention: on the edge of the beach there are no kiosks, chairs and sun umbrellas. I believe it is for the period , but it is worth attention. But, on the other hand, the house is very close to the sea.

Since I was a guest in the year 2023, we ended up returning in 2024 for being very good the fit with privacy and very quiet place.

The location and communication with the host were great. An opportunity to improve the guest experience would be to offer bedding and towels, making lighter trips easier. Fun fact: we discovered the second bathroom in the apartment only on the last day, while closing the main suite door. Reservem without fear, you will have a super enjoyable experience.

Everything works very well, the beds are great and everything is very clean, we used the pool too and it was delicious even with the cold and rainy day.
