Great apartment. Place well-maintained. It has not even given time to know the entire great structure of the condominium.

The building is very close to the beach, even closer than I thought. Ivan is present in the building so the instruction is given at arrival. All the messages I sent were quickly answered by Ivan, I definitely recommend this place for people who want to stay close to the beach, near everything from restaurant, pharmacy, super market, beach and along with a host that is present for any issue.

I and my daughter loved the place, I arrived and the ap was very clean and it is like the pictures, very close to the beach! I'll come back more often and I'll indicate too! It's just an observation (not a complaint): the shower comes out water everywhere, I didn't care, but there will be people who will care.

We stayed for a week. Great site for rest. Beach practically empty. The hostess is always very attentive and ready to resolve any situation. Local is close to Torres and Capão for anyone who wants. Safe for children and pet. Even though it was a small condominium we had great privacy. We will return without a doubt!!

Our stay on Airbnb was amazing! The apartment is complete with everything we need, with kitchen appliances, hairdryer, towels, sun umbrellas and chairs, etc., as well as being super cozy. Our hosts were very attentive and were willing to help us with anything. We love the stay.

The apartment is spacious and well located. The apartment is on the ground floor and has all the necessary utensils. Parking is a visitor's parking lot a little far away from the flat without a covered area. We went with our little dog and was told by the host that we could only circulate with her on the guide, could not release from the leash. After walking, a resident of the building, who also had a dog, told us that there was a space in the building to release the pets. The space is like a square, surrounded, where our puppy could run freely and make friends. The pity is that we only heard about this on the last day. I believe that the host did not know, as she did not inform us. So I leave a tip for those who have a pet: inform yourself in the concierge about the space of the pets. No more, excellent cost-benefit. Would recommend.

It was very pleasant to be able to stay in an apartment, so clean, beautiful and organized. In addition to the location, a very quiet place, with the perfect view of each window (including in the bathroom), and at the same time close to everything. Next to the supermarket and pharmacies. The apartment is quite cozy and corresponds exactly with the photos, is well equipped, and was well cleaned when we arrived at the accommodation.
