Great! If it was better - it wouldn't work. The space is clean and tidy. Literally everything is as described, but also much better because the hostess Zeljka is extremely helpful and considerate. You will always get a response and everything will be clearly clarified. If you want peace, comfort, quiet, and on the other hand freedom on the huge estate this host provides this is a super hit. 10/10!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. There are large supermarkets just a one-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The property also has parking in the courtyard, which was a great plus. One of the highlights was the friendly Samoyed dog in the courtyard, who we enjoyed playing with during our stay. I stayed here with friends, and we had a great time. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay if you're visiting Banja Luka for couple of days! Located very close to the city centre, with lots of things to see and also great restaurants around. Hotel-like experience within the comfort of your own little house, immersed in nature. The house was absolutely lovely, a perfect mix of traditional and modern, very cozy and felt like home. Every little detail was thought of. Fully fenced yard was a big plus for our dog. Everything was super clean and as shown in photos. We were pleasantly surprised by a fireplace, stunning morning view from the bedroom and sounds of pheasants from the nearby field. The host is lovely, very responsive. We appreciated the self check-in option which went completely smooth. 11/10 would recommend and we are already planning to visit again for a longer time.

We were passing through the area and really enjoyed staying in Zoran's house: the accommodation was extremely clean, divinely well arranged, spacious and comfortable, in a very quiet and beautiful environment. Zoran and his dad (house neighbors, right next door), were very communicative and attentive, and were full of absolutely adorable attention, even though we had arrived late in the evening. We also sympathized the next morning with their equally charming wives. Our only regret was leaving the next day, without being able to make the most of the relaxing setting and the jacuzzi on the terrace of the pretty garden. In summary, we can only warmly recommend this address: top house, in an authentic and adorable village!

For us, the apartment in Banja Luka was the ideal starting point to explore the city itself and the area all around. The center can be reached on foot along the river in 20 minutes. We had a rental car, which was of course very relaxed with the parking space at the apartment. The place was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. Dirjana is a great host, gave us tips and was always available if there were any questions. For us, it was an all-round successful stay and can only recommend the apartment to everyone for a stay in Banja Luka. Thank you!

I've used airbnb for a long time, but I've never experienced this kind of professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the host. Zoran is a really great host. The apartment is in a great location, close to the center and yet away from the busy streets so it is quite quiet and beautiful in the evening for rest and sleep. All the recommendations for this place, you won't be wrong.
