Your balcony will offer you one of the most beautiful sunsets there is to see in Novalja with a blood red sun on the distant horizon sending it's reflections your way across the beautiful Adriatic sea. Simply stunning! The beach is right in front of your apartment, you can literally throw a rock into the sea from your balcony (please don't try :) ) It only takes a 15 minute walk to the city center and there is a sand beach only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment with cocktail bars

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

We had amazing time in Ribarica. It was exactly what we were looking for. Picturesque place, peaceful and quiet .And Neven’s place was really great. It had all facilities we needed . The balcony was really big. And the apartment was jus a few steps away from a lovely beach . We really recommend this place 🩷

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). I recently had the pleasure of staying at this holiday apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The apartment is perfectly located, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully maintained. The layout is open and airy, providing plenty of room to move around and make yourself at home. Fantastic location, very close to a large, sandy beach. If you’re up very early you can catch sunrise from the balcony. The balcony has shade from lunchtime onwards and has a beautiful view across the bay. The accommodation is simple and the apartment was very clean. We had an excellent week at Mauro’s place and can highly recommend.

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.

There were eight of us with 2 dogs in the place. We were personally greeted upon arrival by Boris and his family, who showed us everything. The two apartments have separate entrances and are both fully equipped! In the kitchen you will find everything you need, in the garden there is garden furniture/hammocks and a grill. From the garden you can go directly through the garden gate to the beach :) the accommodation is dog-friendly, but no dogs are actually allowed directly on the beach. From the property you can reach Pag in 20 minutes where there is a larger supermarket, gas station, etc. and in approx. 50 minutes to Zadar. We had a wonderful time, absolute recommendation! (especially outside the season, we were almost always alone on the beach)

The accommodations were lovely and matched the description in the ad. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes and close by , there was a fruit stand with local produce, a bakery and a cafe on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend you choose Irena’s place for your stay in Novalja!
