Well maintained and cozy home. It was a great place to stay for three families. Well stocked with all necessary supplies. Host was very responsive.

A lovely perfect home to stay at. With lots of room for a big family to accommodate, that has a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Jerry was a very great host that's always on top of the messages. I highly recommend this place to stay and spend their nice vacation or a home away from home.

Would definitely rebook the place for our next trip to the bar area, and didn't find a reason not to recommend this place to friends and relatives if they have a plan to visit around those area. The place was exactly as described, and there were even welcome treats to warm us into the house. It's a pity that we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool due to the weather; reason why we are planning to come back during the summer. the cutleries and bbq tools were prepared spot on, so we didn't have much to prepare to enjoy a barbecue and prepare a meal during our stay. The place is located in a safe and quaint neighborhood, so there were not so much to worry about during our stay. The rooms were spacious and furnished with clean beds and tables, had a comfortable sleep and didn't have trouble working there as well. Loved the place in general.

Can't say enough about Michelle's home and warm hospitality. We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night, in town to be with family. Michelle had put up a beautiful Christmas tree and other holiday decor and also left us some holiday goodies. I called to ask if there was a roasting pan or jelly roll pan so I could roast vegetables to take to our family dinner. When we arrived, there was a brand new sheet pan on the stove! Michelle has transformed an older home into a little haven, so warm and inviting. She had even set up the third bedroom for our little grandson with Christmas books and toys on the nightstand and cuddly stuffed snowman, reindeer and moose on the bed. Our little guy was so delighted. For anyone needing to work, there is a great work space and a window that looks out onto a side yard Japanese garden with a goldfish pond. Of course it's December, so we didn't use the pool which is thoughtfully gated, as was the fish pond. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Jessica was very responsive and attentive to anything we needed. Her communications throughout the entire booking process was nothing short of incredible. She was also very flexible and emphasized the importance of family through our conversation which was the purpose of this trip. The property itself is beautiful and ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Plus, it was also driving distance to the casino and the snow parks.

We felt very much at home in the home. Marcus was very helpful and accommodating. He had a very nice scrapbook of places to eat and things to do in Merced. I miss read the ABNB listing when I saw pictures of the pool and I thought there was a hot tub but it’s only a jetted tub as the heater for this isn’t being used so the pool was very cold. Marcus did offer to reimburse me so that I could move somewhere else. We chose to stay as we didn’t need the hot tub that bad. We would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed in many air bnbs so arriving at one that just FEELS like home is always a pleasant surprise. This home was not only incredibly clean and perfectly stocked but also warm and inviting. I will say the look from outside was misleading but the interior was top tier. We hosted our Christmas Eve family dinner here with approximately 12 people including children and there was enough space, entertainment and utensils for everyone as well as Tupperware and cook wear to prepare and store all the food. We didn’t use the pool, but the coy pond was a huge hit and a safe, sectioned backyard oasis for the kids. There was the perfect amount of cute nostalgia pieces around the yard and house to make it feel special and not overwhelming. We loved the game cabinet and all the attention to detail with extra soft, new plush throw blankets for couch cuddles. The owner set up a tree and simple holiday decor for us as well. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. Communication was excellent!

Great place! Definitely going to be looking for this Airbnb again during our next visit. It is on a busy street so keep that in mind! Nevertheless, 10/10! Had a great time. Thank you 😁

This was a very nice, quiet, and private dwelling. Elsa and Dale are great hostess. They gave me plants from their garden which is very nice of them. Now I enjoy watching my plants bloom. One can tell that they take great pride in their Airbnd. For long stays Elsa insist on monthly cleaning. Everything you need is as advertised. I love the little private back courtyard. I would definitely recommend to others and I would return if I am in the area again. Thanks Elsa and Dale for your hospitality!!

This was our first time Visit to Manteca and I must say we were fully satisfied with our stay. We were 3 families with a young kids and the house had all the necessary things needed. Close to everything you would need with a great comfort of cosy home. We love to cook so having everything in the house was a bliss. Mark was always very responsive & accommodating. Would highly recommend Mark's place to stay to all my friends.

Great spot to stay at! It was close to the freeway and the place was fill with extra amenities. Pricing was good for what it offered.

Seth was very easy and respectful to deal with. His guests come first and he respects their privacy. I started out planning on 3 months and ended up extending 3 additional months with no problems. It was a great comfortable stay.

This house had so many lovely things about it. Location, design, comfort and Ally was the best. My family and I came in from out of town for a Christmas retreat. We could not of asked for a better location and host. Happy Holidays!

Great property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy with a keyless door and directions were clear. The home was comfortable with a large smart TV, dependable WiFi and a nice king bed (and others we didn’t need). Parking was convenient in garage and our dog enjoyed the large, enclosed backyard. Lastly, great host…friendly and responsive. It was a nice stay that we are happy to recommend.

This place was .just like the photos. Local to everything in Ripon and close to all amenities. We were comfortable with our group of 8 with lots of towels and plenty of space. The laundry on site was great as well. A quiet neighborhood with no real traffic.

The home was spacious and spartan, which is perfect, in my book. We were there to take care of a death in our family. The host was super-flexible when we needed to extend our stay a little. The home is beautiful, easy to access, near anything you need, and quiet. The bed was cozy, the bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. The washer and dryer worked well. This was a perfect home base, a comfortable place to mourn and grieve together. Thank you Anu.

My family loved this home! In fact, my 28 year old daughter who was traveling with us said “this is the nicest place I have ever stayed at.” I agree, it is spacious, and well thought through to maximize sleeping and family gathering spaces. We fit 10 people, including 2 teenagers, 3 kids and 5 adults and each person had space for themselves as well as big, spacious areas for family gatherings. Such a blessing! Thank you Melissa!!
