Michelle is very proactive and friendly. Place was spotless as described well equipped kitchen. Felt like home! I asked for an extra hour to checkout and within a blink of an eye Michelle didn't hesitate. Will be booking again in future.

Great place to stay for working away had all the facilities we needed so was like a home from home the rooms were spacious and was clean. Had an issue with the heating but was sorted as quick as Ayti could get someone there.

This is a revitalized factory and honestly the updates are super impressive and comfortable. The hosts really understood how to create a good space for guests. This is also the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the space was immaculate. Hope was super sweet in orienting us and making us feel welcome. The check-in was a bit vague, but everything else more than made up for it.

Great flat. Very comfortable. Good location, very central so easy to walk every where.

Great place. Short taxi to town or a 15 min brisk walk if you prefer. Easy to get in, place was spacious and clean. There was an unexpected situation with a leak which was completely out of the hosts hands. But the situation was handled promptly😊. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay, very remote but was what we wanted, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, only negative is the upstairs residents who when walking around were loud, but that can’t be helped. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely place to stay. So close to NEC, only 10 minute drive. Place was clean and so warm on arrival. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

After watching the golf at The Belfry, Ellen’s apartment was the perfect stay, only a 15 minute drive away. The apartment was exactly as shown, if not better, and absolutely pristine. For my sport mad boyfriend the fact that there was the option of sky sports on the TV was a huge plus. Ellen was lovely and very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will certainly be booking again when we are next in the area.

Centre of Congleton, quick walk to all shops and restaurants, but set back from the road so not noisy itself. Clear instructions on gaining access via few keypads. Private parking to rear although the spaces are a tad narrow it wasn't busy for this stay. Very happy with the flat: clean and comfortable, modern decor without feeling clinical. Never touched the electric heating as temperature always seemed ok. Standard provisions: bath towels, shower toiletries, iron, hair dryer, kitchen had everything needed to do an evening meal along with usual tea (incl decaf which I do need and forgot!), coffee, milk cartons. Nice extras were laundry detergent and sewing kit. For entertainment: some boardgames and a modern LG smart TV. The only thing I would mark down is the electric shower is not very powerful, I like to blast myself clean! Would recommend to anyone needing two rooms near Congleton.

Great stay - good host and reasonably priced

Aaron was responsive and made the check in process really clear. Great location, within walking distance of the Custard Factory. The apartment was spotless and furnished to a high standard. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, easy to park, very clean and comfortable flat and 2 mins walk to train station to either NEC or Birmingham International Airport. A bit clinical, ie not very characterful but it's just what you need for either the airport or the NEC.
