Vacation rentals with breakfast in Staffordshire

We had a lovely time staying here. Ruth and Nick were really helpful. My partner didn’t sleep too well the first night, found the mattress a little uncomfortable for him but Ruth gave us a spare duvet to sleep on which made a huge difference :) The fire was lovely, although we could probably done with a few more logs, especially in the winter. Would highly recommend a stay here, and if nothing else, for the sauna! What a highlight 😍

Loved our stay in this well presented, clean house. Plenty of parking space on the drive for our work van. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all 4 large bedrooms with 6 very comfy beds. There’s was plenty of room for our team. There were shops in walking distance and 5 mins from the motorway so easy to get into Wolverhampton, Birmingham and all surrounding areas.

Stayed for a trip to the NEC. James was a great host and even had a small complimentary selection of coffee, milk etc. Beyond a single bowl being dirty the place was immaculate. the choice to have a heavy duvet on the beds during this season was a weird one but not at all something that should deter you from booking! The only improvement we could have had would have been to have a slightly better table in the front 'bedroom' downstairs and maybe rotate the bed around just so guests had somewhere to sit and chat in the evenings. Overall it was a great stay for the 2 Nights, decently priced for the 4 of us and would happily stay there again!

Sharon’s place is a good option for those wanting a base that’s a short Uber ride away from Central Birmingham. Sharon was a kind and helpful host and didn’t complain when we kept her waiting around for us to arrive after we had some problems getting a taxi during Storm Darragh. The house is simple and as described with everything you need for a few nights in Birmingham. Highly recommended.

Forget the rest. This is the best! The Water Mill is located just outside the village of Claverley in stunning surroundings. Beautiful views from the top field over the Shropshire countryside. The Mill itself is spread over 3 floors and has been beautifully converted to create a very comfortable rural retreat. We loved sitting under the mill wheel in the kitchen every morning with a cup of tea. Everything has been considered and the whole place was immaculately clean. Debb was a wonderful host, giving up her time to introduce us to the alpacas and then allowing us to take them for a walk! She helped to make our visit to Shropshire very special. Thank you, Debb, for kindness and also for the local wine, delicious cake, milk and other supplies you left for us. As I said… everything considered and simply THE BEST. You are in for a treat! We will most definitely be back!

me and my family were very happy with our stay. the hosts were very nice. they also answered any questions very quick.The house was very clean and tidy and had all the facilities that was nessasery. would definitely recommend staying again.

This was my second stay at Gatwood Barns for a couple of nights. It’s very quiet, clean and comfortable. Milk, tea, coffee, cereals, bread, juice all kindly provided. Lovely bathroom, kitchen and comfortable bed. Its good for Cannock Chase. Ideal for a restful private break. Hoping to stay again soon. Thank you :)

This place is FAB! Spacious, clean, and the location is just perfect you are right in the centre and everything is so easy to get to! Check in process was smooth and was able to contact the host whenever I needed which was also great. Can’t recommend this place enough, suits the needs of just about everybody! Thanks for having me, I’ll certainly be using it again for Birmingham stays!

Great stay, clean and really comfortable

Great location close to the canal, Mailbox and the town centre. At the same time, a quiet, residential building. Very homely.

We enjoyed our stay very much and had a lovely time. Tracy is always very responsive and friendly, proactively checking in on us via text during the stay and very flexible with check-in/check-out times. We even had a breakfast package left in the fridge which was a lovely surprise and a nice touch.

Dave is very good at communication - he will ensure that everything is okay and check up during the stay. The place was clean, especially the bathroom. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and I like to prepare food for a couple of days. The place has peaceful surroundings, in the morning I could watch squirrels running in the back garden. Overall no issues, as per the description and photos and highly recommend staying - it's close to NEC and BHX.

What a little gem of a room. It is just like being at home. The room is lovely, nicely decorated. Bathroom and huge shower I want for nothing with the host making sure there is tea, coffee, milk, jam, shower gel and so much more. Nice big tv with dvd,s, bt box and sound bar. This place is beautiful and the host cant do enough for you. Lovely place. I will return

A perfect farmhouse B&B with great hosts. Lynn communicated brilliantly with clear directions. The room was exactly as shown on the listing, very clean and comfortable. Lovely cooked breakfast with a good choice of options. we willdefinitely recommend to others and will be returning in the near future.

We were attending a wedding at the Mill Barns wedding venue. Karen’s B&B was fantastic and they were incredible hosts. Great communication. If you are attending a wedding at this venue you will need to pre book your taxis.

We were so delighted we came across Karen and Mark's place! Our stay was so luxurious - they've thought of everything. Wonderful setting, amazingly peaceful. The breakfasts were fantastic, and set us up well for the day. Karen and Mark were so welcoming, friendly and generous with their time, and we greatly enjoyed chatting with them - and of course with Maisie and Eddie, the very sociable Scotties. This was certainly an ideal base from which to explore the area, and we are grateful to our first-class hosts!!

Lorely’s place was the perfect long weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. She and her husband were friendly, flexible, helpful and always so responsive to messages. The home is as beautiful as the photos - such a wonderfully interesting space! Unwinding in front of the fire every evening was on of our favourite things to do. We also fell totally in love with Lulu the cat. She is an outdoor cat and apparently happy to stay away if guests aren’t up for her to be inside, but we simply adored her and loved when she graced us with visits. Cuddly and delightfully chill. Our 4 year old managed the curvy staircase well and thought it was fun to sleep on the pull out. Beds were comfortable and it stayed a good temp all night. Fridge is small and there were limited basic ingredients available so not really set up for a full food shop, but it was fine for a short trip. Shop is only a 5 min drive away and easy enough to grab dinner from every day. Loved our stay - thank you!

Mick was the perfect host, communication excellent and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable and easy. The rooms are spotless with beautiful and extremely comfortable linen and towels. Bathroom was spotless and had every toiletry you’d need. Breakfast was plentiful and Mick went to the trouble of providing vegan options for my daughter, offering for us to take provisions with us for a picnic. Such a lovely stay and would highly recommend. We had a race at Alton Towers and it was only a 20 minute drive. Absolutely perfect. We’ll be back.

Everything is perfect. Location away from the airport but with great accessibility to public transport.
