Located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and 2 miles from downtown Fernandina, this recently updated townhouse is convenient to everything the island has to offer. Beach access is just a short walk across the street and you are close enough to hear the waves! Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee (plus 12% tax) is required and will be added after booking.

Gorgeous home with pool, in the heart of St Simons

Large 3 LARGE bedrooms and 3 full baths, Beautifully appointed in every room. LUXURIOUS AND COMFORTABLE!! With new SWIMMING POOL and firepit in the back makes for great family memories and fun. Quiet, residential neighborhood in lovely surroundings. Fireplace in great room, and large 60 inch tv all open to kitchen and dining. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bikes included Double master upstairs both with king beds and en-suites. Main level bedroom with queen and bath. NO PETS, NO SMOKING inside.

Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.
