This property is always my go to spot when I’m traveling to St. Louis.

This is a spacious, comfortable place convenient to several nice restaurants and close to downtown attractions. Quiet, clean, well appointed space. Perfect for our week long stay in St. Louis.

Our family loved staying here! It had everything we needed and more. Truly the perfect location when visiting STL… so easy to get everywhere with quick access to all major highways. We enjoyed the pool and workout facilities, easy parking, laundry in unit, easy trash disposal, it was all very convenient! Would definitely stay again.

Henry is just as amazing as the space and will make you feel right at home! I 1000% would recommend this space to anyone looking for a laid back stay in the Soulard area!

for us the instructions getting in were easy but could see how people with zero tech skills might struggle. it was a very cool layout in apartment and was just what 3 guys on a weekend getaway would need. no problems with noise or safety concerns. everything was very secure and monitored. if you're looking for a place close to union Station, this I your spot. several breweries on the way there if you're walking.

Me and my wife loved staying with Zoey for our St. Louis trip and we're both amazed by Zoey's beautiful home, that both looked, smelled, and felt super comfortable. Any questions we had were answered quickly and Zoey was very nice. Would absolutely love to stay at another place that Zoey's hosting again in the future.

Kieron was so responsive. There was trouble with the internet, I texted and he responded within minutes, then had it working again right away. Our family enjoyed celebrating thanksgiving and Kieron’s place was a perfect space for cooking, spending time together, and enjoying the city. The home is located in a very safe quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to all the fun on Delmar St. And so clise to Forest park. We loved it!

Very nice place. House is nicely designed, open and spacious. There were only 2 of us staying there, but there was ample room for a large group. Three couples could stay there comfortably with no privacy issues at all. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which is nice. Amenities (pots/pans/appliances) were all top notch. We chose the house because we knew it was going to be cold out during our stay and would not be going out much. It did not disappoint. Navigating the roads through the community is a bit daunting as the roads wind around quite a bit. But they give you a map at the gate.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim’s home. House is just as pictured. Super comfortable, clean, has everything you need and smells wonderful! Literally a 3 minute walk to historic Main Street with shopping & restaurants. House is on a quiet street, easy to access. Kim is amazing and responsive. Will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Spotless and with a real homey vibe. Loved morning coffee on the beautiful deck overlooking the tree lined yard. Theater seats for watching tv in the basement was great. Cool little trampoline for children. Rocker in one of the bedrooms. Really liked the place. Would easily accommodate six with enough gathering places to allow spreading out. Unfortunately they were booked for the last days of my visit to the area. I would have loved to spend the entire time there!

Jackson’s place was perfect for our family trip to St. Louis! It was near everything we were doing the three days we were there, comfy like home when we weren’t out doing things, and just overall a great experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here - it is close to our kids’ home so it’s convenient for us. More importantly, the place is clean and comfortable and Sean is very helpful and quick to respond. We will gladly stay again in the future.

Shawana was proactive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze and the location was easy to find via Maps. The place was clean and comfortable and my friends and I especially appreciated the stocked kitchen. Morning coffee and tea was a breeze. We did not end up cooking while we were there, however it was nice to see that we could have if we chose to!

We stayed 2 nights; in town for a niece’s wedding. We found everything to our liking. To list just a few: Beautiful kitchen, Keurig with a variety of coffee pods. Fluffy towels. Nice furniture. Big TV, with a fluffy blanket on the large couch. Good mattresses with nice bedding. A well-equipped workout room. Seating areas in the front snd back yards.
