This is a beautiful house, exactly as shown in the photos - fresh, clean, and equipped with every possible amenity. The heating is excellent, making winter evenings cozy and enjoyable. Sharon, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Our holiday was for a group of 10 over the New Year's Period. Beach Haven was just right for the trip. The location, just set back from the road but right across from the dunes/beach is a real draw. The main living/dining area is spacious, attractive and atmospheric – perfect for cooking commnual meals and hanging out as a group. The 5x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms are comfortable and offer a decent amount of privacy away from the main space. As most of the group had to work in the course of the trip, the second living room was also very helpful as an alternative workspace/a place to take meetings and calls. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend.

Wow!! Incredibly cosy, warm, beautiful home in the middle of Hastings old town. I would 100% recommend. It was a delight from start to finish. The kitchen had everything. The bedrooms fitted our very large party of friends and worked really well for the kids !! Thank you. We would love to come again.

A splendid , spacious home with interesting features and decor. The house was beautifully decorated for our Christmas stay which made us feel right at home! The kitchen is compact but very well equipped for cooking and serving meals. Lots of space to host a large gathering. Mark and Tracy were responsive and helpful hosts. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable house with reclining sofas. Lovely touch to decorate with a tree as we were there for xmas. 4 min walk to the beach and a couple of mins to coop/tesco. Spotlessly clean and very quiet.

Had a great family time, amenities perfect, outside space amazing - sitting looking out across the beach and sea was fantastic. Recommended stay

Jasper's apartment was perfect for our girls weekend - right on the boardwalk and close to great restaurants and bars.

Madelaine and Peter are exceptional Hosts and we had a very relaxing Christmas Break at their Lovely Apartment by the Sea! Everything we needed was at hand both indoors ,the kitchen is well equipped and then locally in Town,with its Great Butchers,Bakeries and FIshmongers. We loved this secret hideaway! The Christmas decorations were spectacular and made it feel so festive. Graeme was a fantastic host and was so helpful! Would definitely recommend!

My girlfriend and I spent a lovely relaxing Christmas here. The flat has everything we needed to cook and entertain family members amongst ourselves. The balcony is a fantastic feature and the flat is very conveniently placed in order to quickly get to the beach and the rest of Hastings. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Caroline’s place, perfect for our girls trip! The flat was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, we felt right at home. It was easy to get there by train. It was a charming character place, nicely renovated, and being an older place noise does tend to travel a bit from the above flat (I think we had a particularly noisy group staying at the same time as us as didn’t see any other mention of this with previous guests). We appreciated Caroline being really responsive about this to resolve things! Particular highlights - cooking in the well supplied kitchen, waking up to the view of the sea, lovely linen on the beds, great water pressure in the shower! Would love to return in summer.

Loved our stay here. Location is very walkable in the middle of old Rye and very close to the train. We loved the cute balcony for enjoying morning coffee. Hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay - right next to Ore station, which was perfect for us. Beautiful home, clean, fresh and spacious. All the right little touches to make it feel special, but homely. Great location for dog walks down on the beach. The area itself is a little scruffy but you don't notice once inside the duplex. Chantell was a fab host. We will definitely come again.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, warm and inviting. The flat is a few minutes walk from the beach, with a friendly bistro near by. Tastefully furnished, warm colours, very comfortable bed and all necessities. Lovely stay!

A great flat well situated. It’s less than 10mins walk to Hastings train station and 5 mins walk to the sea. Local surroundings include ‘The American Grounds’ a great collection of cool independent cafes, bars and shops. The flat is great; within a row of terrace houses with lots of old charm. Packed with tech gadgets to make the stay easy and fun! My girls enjoyed asking Alexa to raise the blinds, play music and more. Lots of character too. A great little garden which was perfect for our dog to use - but too cold for us I’m afraid. Dan was wonderful and very accommodating considering our last minute booking. He was very generous with food and drinks in the flat - we did help ourselves to a bottle of Prosecco! (Thanks Dan!). He was also very flexible with check in and out times - greatly appreciated! A great stay - can’t beat the location!

Claire’s flat is beautiful! Clean, modern but homely, decorated to a high standard and well-equipped. It has everything that you could possibly need. I could live there full time, no problem, and it’s a five minute walk from the beach. Julian Carter.

It is only 5-8 mins walk to the train station ( up & down slopes) , a bit hard if you have large suitcase like me. Unit decor is really beautiful and unique, kitchen is well equipped with a giant refrigerator but I didn't have chance to use it. Bathroom really clean and water pressure is satisfactory. Bedroom is small and cozy, mattress us a bit too soft for me. There is a share laundry room which is locked and Deborah unlocked it while she realized I have the needed. It is a marvelous place to stay, only living room windows all locked, I guess it all about safety measure. I'd definitely recommend this lovely unit if anyone who travel to Hastings !

Absolutely gorgeous flat, the photos don't do it justice! Clean, stylish and spacious. Beautiful view. So much to do nearby. Steven left so much helpful information for us. Absolutely loved the pubs and restaurants nearby (faves including the Dolphin Inn, First in Last out and Half Man Half Burger). We will for sure be returning! So much Hastings has to offer that we didn't have time to see it all on this trip. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable stay at Paul’s place whilst in St Leonard’s visiting our friends for a few days. It was very clean and there was everything you could need. Also the fresh bread, butter etc were a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, with stunning views of Hastings pier and the sea. We were in the heart of st Leonard’s surrounded by lovely restaurants and bakeries. The space itself was beautifully designed and had such a serene atmosphere—every detail was tasteful and thoughtful. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing lovely little touches like Nespresso coffee, breakfast essentials, gowns, and hot water bottles. Check-in and check-out were easy, making the whole experience seamless. We also accidentally left behind an item, and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating in helping me get it back, which we greatly appreciated.
