Beach house vacation rentals in St Kilda

Our stay at Andrew's Airbnb was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality. The attention to detail in every aspect of this space is truly remarkable. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including the world's largest TV and the most comfiest couch ever!! The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the location: everything is within walking distance and/or a short tram trip away. Andrew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with insider tips on the best local restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems. Their passion for hospitality truly shone through in every interaction. I have no hesitation in endorsing Andrew and his home and will definitely be staying there again!!

The property itself is quite old but the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated and are clean. Beds were comfortable and linen fresh. Litchen and laundry had everythingbyou need. This is a pet friendly property, so be aware there will be pet hair aplenty and the associated pet odour, especially the rugs etc. Problematic if you have allergies, but not a problem for us. We don't usually stay in pet friendly properties, but the location made up for the plentiful pet hair and slight odour. Being beachside makes this a great property to stay at.

Thank you Rosie for sharing your beautiful place. The home is positioned so nicely, right across from Half Moon Bay, and the drive way is set up for easy access on and off of Beach road. The outdoor space is huge and lovely. And the home, is set up perfectly to move right in and feel at home. Fabulous amenities and well equipped kitchen. Thank you Rosie!!!

This was such a lovely home in a luxurious and elegant part of Melbourne. The location is perfect for the beach or local restaurants and shopping. the home is loaded with luxury appointments and furnishing. We didn't expect to be so close to the railway but you can hardly hear it inside the home. We'd definitely come back!

Beautiful residence in a quiet location but not far from village centre. Short walk to the bay and walkways. Easy access to Melbourne CBD and South Wharf. Thoroughly recommend. Regards Grant

Absolutely perfect for a family getaway. Loads of room, kids loved table tennis and pool. Golf at 13th Beach amazing. Barwon Heads a few minutes drive away for beach, shops and restaurants.

Barb’s house was simply fabulous. It was very spacious, light and airy, big sliding doors open wide and let the outside in, lovely furnishings and decor, it had everything we wanted. The pool was warm and perfect after a day of local exploration. A very green and shady garden, with lots of outdoor furniture for relaxing. The house manual was detailed and clearly explained how all equipment worked. Barb had provided a great home away from home.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The home was beautiful and clean. The pool was definitely a stand out - heated so we were able to use it all day! The kids and adults loved it. We will definitely be back. Thank you Debbie, a great host!

Fantastic holiday house for a family getaway. Close to waterways and has everything you need in the house, so no real need to go out either. The pool and table tennis made our stay even more enjoyable. Very clean with plenty of open spaces.

The place was wonderful and we felt right at home. We had a minor issue with the water and Sandra was extremely responsive and organized a plumber to come out straight away, which I was very impressed by. Overall a lovely place and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a homely space for their stay in St.Kilda.

We had a great long term stay - the host was very accommodating in helping us with logistics and other matters. Quiet location - close to bus stop to city and Popcar rental car right out front.

This is our second stay in Michael and Kez's place. It's a very comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated cottage in Port Melbourne with coffee shops just around the corner. Both beds are extremely comfortable to sleep in. It has all the facilities one could want. It's a pleasant walk to the beach or the South Melbourne markets. Check in and communication with Michael is very quick and clear. I would highly recommend this home.

This was such a gorgeous place to stay!! It made me and the fam feel like we were in a luxurious hotel for 5 days, just simply a lovely experience. Alex’s communication and instructions were amazing and so easy to follow, it made the whole stay that much more enjoyable

A lovely stay in an absolutely beautiful area. Coffee shops, restaurants galore, supermarket and a train station within minutes walking plus access to a gorgeous coastal strip. The house was comfortable with a large couch, puzzles and games and a well equipped kitchen. Easy to follow check in instructions plus Sally touched base on check in day to check it everything was ok.

The house was excellent - the listing looked great online, but was better in person. Stefan was incredibly easy to deal with and accommodated extra requests, such as stretcher beds in case an extra guest stayed the night. Just a wonderful experience.

What an amazing house for a family holiday. So much space for everyone, including a separate kids playroom! The location is incredible - 2 minutes walk to the shops (try a different coffee shop each day!), great supermarkets and a range of different restaurants and bars. And the house has a BBQ and large garden in case you want to stay at home. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Elwood beach and Alexa was kind enough to leave behind buckets and spades for us to use. There are also plenty of toys and outside equipment to entertain the children. Would definitely be back again!

The house was very nicely designed and comfortably furnished; especially loved the bathrooms with the many features, and the beds were comfy for a good night's rest. The location is a standout - the supermarket and shops are just a 3 min walk around the block and street parking was also easy with the permit. We had some minor issues (e.g., showerhead leaking and one stove that didn't quite work) but didn't really affect our overall stay, and Juliet was quick to respond to any queries, and was also easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!
