Beach house vacation rentals in St Kilda

Andy was an excellent host! He went above and beyond so my family had a special and memorable Christmas holiday in his home. Andy’s home is ideally situated- right on the 1 tram and the beach promenade, plus Victoria Avenue shopping. His charming home is exactly as pictured and Andy makes you feel right at home. We hope to book again.

Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Thank you Rosie for sharing your beautiful place. The home is positioned so nicely, right across from Half Moon Bay, and the drive way is set up for easy access on and off of Beach road. The outdoor space is huge and lovely. And the home, is set up perfectly to move right in and feel at home. Fabulous amenities and well equipped kitchen. Thank you Rosie!!!

What an amazing house for a family holiday. So much space for everyone, including a separate kids playroom! The location is incredible - 2 minutes walk to the shops (try a different coffee shop each day!), great supermarkets and a range of different restaurants and bars. And the house has a BBQ and large garden in case you want to stay at home. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Elwood beach and Alexa was kind enough to leave behind buckets and spades for us to use. There are also plenty of toys and outside equipment to entertain the children. Would definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

Johns port Melbourne place was a breath of fresh air for an Airbnb. spacious 3 floors, very nice furniture and setting. we are a family of 5 and we're very comfortable and settled for our stay. parking is easy on the street. John and Jordan were excellent hosts. highly recommend.

This was the second time I have stayed at Roger’s home and was as perfect as it was last year. We will definitely plan on heading back. Pool was amazing, private and got plenty of use. All amenities catered for, felt at home. Roger’s communication was fantastic as it had been previously. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Amanda was a really great host! The Airbnb we stayed in was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. She was very responsive whenever we had any questions about the Airbnb and was also flexible when we asked for an earlier check in time. Overall a really great experience!

Swank Port Melbourne apartment. Very happy with our stay here. Before our stay Pemmy sent an info pack that made our stay easy. Pemmy was also available at a moment's notice for our queries. Beautiful little sanctuary near the pool.... It's worth looking for. Loved the recommendations to the Hurricane Handsome cafe and Rock Paper Scissors restaurant. If you're after the podium pool table room, book ahead. Well equipped gym just next door! Lastly, the late check out was magic! Thank you for spoiling us Pemmy!

This is our second stay in Michael and Kez's place. It's a very comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated cottage in Port Melbourne with coffee shops just around the corner. Both beds are extremely comfortable to sleep in. It has all the facilities one could want. It's a pleasant walk to the beach or the South Melbourne markets. Check in and communication with Michael is very quick and clear. I would highly recommend this home.

Viv's place was perfect for us! It's close to the shops, restaurants, parks and the beach! It was spacious, clean and the perfect location. A big bonus was the courtyard for our 2 small frenchies. Thanks for having us Viv, we look forward to coming and staying again when we are back in Melbourne.

Lisa’s place, clovelly house, is perfect place for people who’s visiting Melbourne. South Melbourne area is cozy, private yet has so many lovely restaurants, cafe, bars around and of course, south melbourne market. The house? Spotless, beautifully furnished, full of natural light, very well equipped house hold items. Can’t complain about this place. Highly recommend clovelly house to everyone. 💙

A great staycation away with my partner. Very nice place in a good location to the beach (walk) and city (tram). Hosts were very responsive.

This is a beautiful, comfortable home that three of us stayed in. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely outdoor deck area. Comfy living room area for reading and watching telly. Good laundry facilities. 2.5 baths. Really, everything you need! The neighborhood is great: lots of locals, less tourists; several blocks of small businesses. Very close grocery store. Close to tram and to a beautiful park - all walkable! Hosts are very flexible and tried hard to make things work for us in terms of timing. Hosts are quite attentive to what's going on during the stay. Note: there are two full flights of steps and a few more to get from the street to the living area of the home. Highly recommend!

Location is amazing! While house is quite old, it’s well stocked and comfortable.
