Charming Orlando Cottage - Close to Everything!

This charming 1920's cottage is the perfect retreat for either a brief stay visiting all that Orlando has to offer, or could be a quiet escape to stay for a few months working remotely. The home has one king size and one queen size bed, a separate office if you are needing to work out of the home. It's a private space but on a larger piece of property that also has two other homes and shares access to a beautiful lake - which our guests are welcome to use! We loved our stay here. It was exactly as described and pictured. We really enjoyed the porches. Bring in the dock and having the marina bar and food truck was awesome. Our host was extremely helpful with suggestions, directions and instructions. We tried Guru Restaurant in Clermont for Indian food as suggested and it was fabulous. The house was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Thank you!

truly a hostess with the most(ess)!! we were greeted upon check-in and given a review of the place and she even left a sweet little greeting card for us with local recommendations and things to do! the place was well described and very clean. the bed was really comfortable I don't sleep that well on other beds normally and was surprised to have gotten such good rest! the serenity of the place is just what we needed for a little get away spot with wide open views of the lake. if a hidden cabin by the lake is your vibe i can't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful stay! Peaceful lake view off of balcony and walk out the front door to see Disney and Universal fireworks at 9 PM. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and relax. The pool is great and staff were wonderful at Tiki Bar. Rachel was very responsive and helpful. Fantastic host and property!

We were in a mandatory evacuation zone due to flooding and we’re going to be without water for a week. This caused us to leave our home abruptly late at night with little notice. William allowed us to check in early, and provided a pack & play for my little one to sleep in. We were able to bring our dog. The scenery was beautiful, the house was so cute, we never heard the guests or neighbors. Very close driving to Disney, and under an hour to several beaches. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

I booked this place on behalf of my uncle and his family of 4. Firstly I apologise for now posting this, 3 weeks later but my family had an amazing time at Lynn's place. Everything that was described and we saw on pictures matched the property and the apartment! My family had a blast at many parks and my goodness they couldn't stop talking about the location to everything and how the place felt super secure as it was in a gated community. they felt right at home! My aunt was also at times using a wheelchair and for the most part it was all accessible. Lynn's place was very clean, all amenities were great and having parking also right in front the apartment! lovely place. definitely recommend for anyone, family, couple, solo! Lynn is fantastic! she communicated efficiently, super responsive, and really pleasant and warm. 🙂

Our stay was perfect for our family of 4. Super convenient to have coffee and chick fil a across the street. We Uber’d to Disney everyday with ease, under $15 a trip, better value than renting a car and paying for parking. Josh was very responsive and helpful while we were staying. An added bonus was watching a SpaceX launch from the balcony. Pool and bar (w/food) stays open until 11pm! Great value, if we venture that way again we’d definitely repeat!
